“Don’t act like you wouldn’t mind me tying you up.” I keep quiet because I’m a terrible liar and I am definitely not letting him know how right he is. Pride and all that. “But we are back together and I’ll make sure that every swinging dick who comes within fifty feet of you knows that.”
My eyes can’t even help but to roll. This man has freaking ho-bags coming up to him, but he needs to make sure that no one comes near me. And wait a second. “I didn’t say or agree that we are back together.” I huff. Stupid annoying alpha hole.
He pulls me in even closer and my traitorous arms wrap around him like they’re meant to be there, even if they are. “Yeah, I’m not giving you any options this time around. We did it your way the first time and that sucked.”
“Danny.”
He shrugs and gives me a boyish grin. “What? It did. Don’t even act like it didn’t. We’re doing it right this time.”
I gnaw on my bottom lip, a move that his eyes track with hunger. “I still haven’t agreed to anything.” I mumble. My resolve to be stubborn, crumbling completely.
His cheek twitches and I can tell that he knows that he’s already won. His eyes are shining so brightly with unbridled happiness that it’s actually making my heart hurt and soar at the same time. “Yeah, we’ll just agree to disagree.” His lips are on mine before he even finishes that sentence.
I kiss him like he’s the best brownie sundae that I’ve ever had. My hands are on the back of his head trying to pull him even closer to me, which isn’t possible, but he still feels too far away.
His hands are on my ass and digging in so hard that I’m sure that I’m going to have imprints of his hands later on. Not that I really care. He’s right. I am his and couldn’t care less who knows.
This is no sweet kiss. This kiss is of a man claiming what’s his, what will always be his. His lips are bruising while his tongue is demanding. I have no doubt that he’s the one in control of this kiss.
He licks deeper and I moan loudly, giving him even more room to work his magic.
Needing to be closer to him, I crawl into his lap, my legs on either side of his hips. The desk is solid and I’m sure that my knees will not be thanking me for this later.
My hands are roaming all over his chest and down his rock hard abs. They find their way under his shirt and I scratch my nails down all those ridges.
He growls into my mouth and his hips jerk upwards. I grind down onto his giving us both the friction that we need.
“Hey Dan, did you finish that paperwork…oh shit!” Is squealed.
We both break apart at the sound of Sage’s voice, but Danny won’t let me move. He’s got a death grip on my ass.
Oh my freaking God! This can not be happening again.
“You’ve got to be shitting me! What the hell is with the women in my family just barging in when they’re not wanted!” Danny growls.
Mortified, I turn my head to look at Sage who’s just as red as I am. But instead of embarrassment like I’m feeling, I’m pretty sure that she’s red because she looks like she’s killing herself not to laugh. I give her an awkward as hell wave. “Hi.” I squeak.
And that seems to be the straw that broke the camel’s back. Sage starts giggling so badly that she looks like she’s about to fall. “Us?” She gasps. “What the hell is wrong with the two of you? Haven’t you ever heard of a bedroom? Maybe if you two weren’t such hound dogs in public places, the women in your family wouldn’t need therapy from the sight of catching the two of you like this.” She says between giggles and gasps for air.
Danny looks up at the ceiling looking for guidance. “Why the hell don’t any of you ever fucking knock? The door was closed for a reason.” He looks over at Sage as he growls. “Ever consider that it might be closed to keep unwanted people out?”
She raises an eyebrow and gives him a smirk. “Ever hear of locking a door?”
“I swear to God, the women in my life are going to drive me fucking insane.” He mutters mulishly.
My lips purse automatically. “What’s that supposed to
