out in pure pleasure and ride out my orgasm.
Just as I begin to recover, Mason’s mouth is yet again on my clit, his lips sucking hard and I scream out again, my mind completely blank, my eyes clenched shut, and my whole body locked up tight as wave after wave shatters through my body.
I barely feel him pull his lips away or turn off and remove the vibrator. And I certainly don’t recall him leaving the room for a washcloth, but I feel him when wetness wipes between my legs, and Mason gently kissing my thigh.
I feel like I must have dozed off when I feel the bed shifting and the blankets pulled up and across my naked body.
“I can’t move,’’ I moan. “You’ve paralyzed me.’’
Mason chuckles, curling my body to his front, his hands resting on my naked belly, and his fingers caressing gently over my bump.
“Go to sleep Angel,’’ I hear him whisper and I pass out, but just before I do, I swear I hear him say the words ‘I love you’ but it could all just be a dream.
A very good dream.
Chapter Fifteen
It’s been four days since Mason and I had our ‘sexual’ encounter and I’m starting to think he regrets it. I’ve tried everything in my womanly power to seduce him, but he always disappointingly pulls away.
I’ve had to suffer throughout the pregnancy being horny. Then he gives me a taste of the relief he can offer me, but then takes it away. It’s like he enjoys torturing me.
I even hinted to him what I wanted by showing him a book that states that most women get horny or hornier during their pregnancy, but the twit just isn’t reading between the lines. I swear, at the rate he’s going I’ll be making a billboard advertising what I want him to do to me.
“What is up with you?’’ Harlow asks, sitting next to me in the front room. She came over earlier while Mason went to work to watch some show she wanted to check out about space people. To be fair, I’m getting pretty into it and I’ve even got a soft spot for one of the characters called ‘Finn’.
“It’s Mason,’’ I sigh, feeling sadness seeping through my veins.
“What’s the idiot done now?’’
“Nothing and that’s the problem,’’ I sigh feeling deflated.
“Explain,’’ she says, moving so she’s sitting cross legged on the sofa facing me.
“I huh...we...we...fooled around. We fooled around and it’s like it repulsed him that much -although at the time he seemed pretty into it – that he can’t stand to want to touch me like that ever again,’’ I sigh, falling backwards against the back of the sofa.
“Usually, I’d know what to say, but I don’t. Maybe you need to come right out and ask him yourself.’’
“Did you know he even took dating advice from Max? From Max of all people,’’ I huff, not knowing why I’m really feeling this frustrated, this angry and this upset. It’s not like he’s breaking up with me, he still kisses me, hugs me, and holds me when I’m asleep. It’s just when I try to take things further, like when my hands roam his hard chest, he ends up grabbing my hands stopping them going farther south.
“Okay, taking advice from Max wasn’t one of his best ideas, but make sure you give him a chance to explain. He’s due back soon isn’t he?’’ she asks looking at the clock hung on the wall.
“Yeah, any minute now.’’
He left hours ago and it wasn’t until Harlow mentioned him due back that I realised how long we had been watching ‘the 100’ show. And as if on cue, I hear his footsteps outside the door.
“I’ll go, give you both some space,’’ Harlow whispers, grabbing her shoes from off the floor.
“You don’t need to go, we have two more episodes on this disc.’’
“Nah, its fine. I’ll come over when I’ve had my college interview Monday,’’ she tells me.
“Yes, then we can celebrate you getting in,’’ I grin.
“Right, I’ll see you later,’’ she smiles, getting up and leaving the same time Mason walks in.
“Hey Harlow, are you going?’’
“Yeah, Malik should be back from getting that new bike part he needed,’’ she shrugs and waves goodbye over her shoulder.
“How’s your day been babe?’’ he asks genuinely interested.
“Funny you should ask. I need to talk to you about something. Can you sit down a sec?’’
“Yeah, sure. Is everything okay?’’
“Yeah, and no. Just sit down a second,’’ I plead, and relax when he does,
