her eyes in a sassy way. Way too sassy for a six-year-old if you ask me.
“Why do you keep doing it then?” Watson asked his fraternal twin. His scowl so perfectly fitting Luca’s expression. Honestly, he looked just like Luca but with Hunter’s eyes. It was super cute.
I wasn’t positive yet, but I think the two of them were both foxes. There was no way to tell until their first shift but just call it mother’s intuition.
I placed Violet down as Luca messed with Watson’s blonde hair as he approached me. The two of them, as always, began arguing as my husband kissed me and I wrapped my arms tightly around him, letting out another yawn.
“You shouldn’t be on your feet nearly this much,” he mumbled, sounding grumpy.
“I love what I do though,” I said softly as he examined my face and kissed my nose.
“I am telling you that you're wrong!”
I offered Luca a dry look. My eyes moved towards the door as Dylan along with our triplets walked in. All of them were around eight and absolutely going through that horrible phase where they thought they were right about EVERYTHING.
“Don’t tell your sister that,” Dylan bopped Quill on the head as my son scowled. His dark messy hair covered his dark eyes and brooding expression.
His sister, Zinnia, offered him an ‘I told you so’ look before walking over to me with a prim elegant ballet walk. She handed me a test that had a massive A+ on it.
“Fantastic job,” I said smiling, kissing her forehead.
Her purple streaked blonde hair was messy, and she had a pen tucked behind her ear. She had become a total bookworm and was the top of her class, I was insanely proud of my kids especially because they worked so hard at it.
“Lily?” I called out.
Our quietest triplet offered me a small smile, her arms tucked into her pink jacket. “I missed you today, Mommy,” she said quietly, giving me a hug. She was my little bug. Similar to myself, she was far more witch than shifter. I was near positive that the other two were wolves, but Lily had carried on my magic. I pressed a kiss to the top of her pinkish-purple hair right as Dylan reached me.
“You look tired,” he accused as I grinned, kissing him lightly in greeting.
“That’s what I said,” Luca agreed as I left them to their crazy.
“Adair,” Hunter’s voice sounded as they both walked in. “I’m not saying your actions weren’t right, I just think there were better ways to handle it.”
I broke away as my twelve-year-old son offered me a guilty look, his messy golden hair contrasting his bloody lip. I felt my eyes widen as Hunter explained, well tried to before Adair broke in.
“Someone was being mean to Juniper,” he bit out, looking angry.
Ah. This makes sense. Juniper was one of Adair’s best friends. The young girl had moved here two years ago with her foster mother and sister. She was a fox shifter, much like Adair’s twin sister. I loved Juniper, but I did worry about her. While she always stood up for herself, there was too much sadness behind her eyes. Too much for someone that young.
Her foster mother Ava hadn’t gone into detail, but it was clear that something had happened to Juniper before she came to Willowdale. Something that had changed her.
Something that had also made my son extremely protective over her. You think I am joking. The kid gets in a fight with anyone that looks at her wrong.
Hunter has tried a million times to get him to calm down, but being a wolf shifter… and a future Alpha, it had yet to work.
“Where is Camellia?” I asked curiously.
“She went over to Juniper’s house,” Adair scowled. I knew he wanted to be over there as well, but Camellia and Juniper also had a friendship and I knew my son well. He monopolized all of Juniper’s time when he could.
I was telling you now, this was a situation in the making.
“We're going to eat at your sister’s house, little fox?” Hunter asked.
I nodded and he wrapped his arms around me. I sighed happily and looked behind me at my personal little pack of children and three amazing husbands.
This. This was what life was about. It was that simple… finding a group of people and a place where you feel heard.
Where you never feel voiceless.

Fearless
Blurb
I’d live my entire life without fear.
It helped that I grew up with three overprotective brothers that always had my back no matter the situation. It was more than that, though. It was a fearless attitude I’d adopted long before I even knew what actual fear was.
My mom, before she passed, had always told me that just because I shifted into an animal of prey didn’t mean I had to be prey.
So what if I was a fluffy teal-colored bunny? What if I owned an adorable bakery named Bunny Bites? Did that take away from my totally awesome kick-butt skills? No. No, it did not.
I was fearless in the way I lived my life, making sure that I never took crap from anyone whether it was in high school or within our pack. I tried new things, even when they were a bit scary, and I always put myself out there. This way of living had never failed me… until it did.
Something changed.
Suddenly, I wasn’t so fearless. Suddenly, the men I’d relied on most of my life, the men I’d given my heart to, even if they didn’t know it, were asking me to make a big decision. One that I wasn't prepared to make. As it stood, it wasn’t possible for me to choose… because everything had changed in a matter of minutes.
I would figure it out though, I always had. Even if I had to go this hard path alone.
My name is Lena Graves, and I am so screwed.
How the hell did I get here?
