get that?
“Ella?”
She looked back at Jacob’s call. “I don’t need a ride.” Her voice was firm as she added, “I’m exactly where I want to be.”
Antony was already inside. Oh, no. That was not going to cut it. He couldn’t tell her that he wanted to fuck her and then walk away. He didn’t get to drop hot and dangerous comments while he left her in the dust. No, that wasn’t happening.
Ella squared her shoulders. She’d wanted to see what Antony was like when his control vanished. She had the feeling that she was about to get her wish.
With determined steps, she headed for the house. She climbed the steps. Shoved open the door—
“Oh, Ella, this was a bad mistake,” Antony said from the darkness inside just before his fingers curled around her wrist and he yanked her against him.
“Good,” she whispered back. “Because I was hoping to be bad.” Before he could say or do anything else, she kissed him.
Chapter Eighteen
She smelled like strawberries. She tasted like fine wine. She felt better than any dream of his life. She was the best dream of his life. And he had to have her.
He should go slow. He should be careful. He should be doing a million things differently, but Antony was too far past the point of no return.
He kissed Ella hard and deep even as he pushed her back against the door and caged her with his body. He flipped the locks with one hand. No one was coming inside. He was going to have her—all night long—and no one would interrupt.
His body was heavy. Tight. Aching. His dick was rock hard and shoving against the front of his jogging pants.
He’d tried to calm down. As soon as he’d made it home, he’d jumped under the freezing spray of a shower. It should have doused the heat burning through him. It hadn’t. He’d jerked on the jogging pants and an old t-shirt right before he’d gotten the text from Eric.
SOS, man. Thought you should know…Ella just drove off with Dex.
A growl built in his throat as Antony tore his mouth from Ella’s. He’d tried to stay away. He’d—
“You shouldn’t have left me,” Ella said, voice husky and sensual.
“No, you shouldn’t have left me.”
Her eyes widened. Her breath caught. “Antony?”
“Not when you loved me.” She couldn’t take those words away. “You can’t give me what I want, then run away.” His hands went to either side of her body and pressed against the wood behind her. “You won’t run this time.”
“If I did, would you follow me?”
What kind of game was she playing? She shouldn’t play with him. It was too dangerous. “Only to hell and beyond.”
“Antony—”
He kissed her again. A deep, drugging kiss. He wanted her naked. Needed her like he’d never needed anyone else. If he didn’t get inside of her soon, Antony thought he might go crazy. Maybe he already was crazy. Because when it came to Ella, he sure didn’t feel particularly sane.
She moaned and twisted against him. She yanked at his shirt, and he stepped back. He stripped in seconds, then his hands went to her clothes. He was too rough. Too beyond control as he jerked away her clothes. Tore her fancy shirt—hell, it already had blood on it. Blood on it from earlier when he’d—
“Antony? What is it?”
He looked down at his hands. “You shouldn’t let me touch you.”
“Yes, I should. I want your hands on me. I want you.”
She’d sealed both their fates. “Then you’ll get me.”
She kicked away her shoes. Shoved out of her pants. Was about to push aside her panties—
He dropped to his knees before her. Ripped away the panties and put his mouth on her.
“Antony!”

The flashy sports car whipped across the road and stopped in front of him. For a moment, Jacob glared at the vehicle. Annoying SOB. Then he shifted the car into park, turned off the ignition, and went to see what the hell Dex wanted.
Dex lowered the driver’s side window as Jacob approached. Jacob shook his head. “Your taste in music sucks.”
“You and your cousin have no taste.” A sad shake of his head. “Must be genetic.”
“Dex…”
“Why were you following me when your job is to watch Antony and Ella?”
Because those two looked like they needed privacy. “I wasn’t following you. I was doing a perimeter check. I plan to stay close to the house.”
“Do you?”
Hadn’t he just said as damn much? “Yes, I do.” He waited. He knew there was more. With Dex, there
