you had because otherwise, I might not have met this beautiful, kind and wonderful woman. Wouldn’t have had the pleasure of knowing her and being loved by her or loving her.”
“Listen up, because I realise you are incapable of human emotions, and as I understand from what Farron has told me, pleasing a woman sexually or otherwise, I think you should leave, now!” Grabbing him by his tailored suit, I held him by the lapels and dragged him closer, not wanting Dillion to hear me.
“Get your yuppie arse out of my fucking town. Never speak to my woman ever again, not for any reason, and if you want to speak to Dillion, and if he agrees to it, you will ask me in writing. Send it to HBC corporate offices in Melbourne, I am sure your solicitor will be able to find the address.” Releasing the prick with a hard shove backwards, I quickly looked over to see Dillion shaking his head as he glared at his dad.
“You good with this, mate?” I asked Dillion. “You still see him, but on your terms, and he never comes to the Triple H.” Receiving a nod from the teen, I turned back to the douche, whose face was turkey red, looking about ready to blow a gasket. “Now, fuck off!”
“Now wait just a minute here. You can’t tell me where I can and can’t go, you don’t own everything in this town surely.” The twat argued, this time, he stood up into my personal space.
The guy has some balls, I had to give him that.
“Interesting, you took offence to everything except what I said about your son. Do you even care about Dillion? Wonder how he is doing in school? Do you miss him? Anything at all that doesn’t have anything to do with you?”
Alec stared back at me, his finger poking me in the chest, right where my scar was.
Real fucking balls, or just plain fucking stupid.
“I’m on my way to NSW and stopped here when I saw the wood-fired pizza sign. I had no idea Farron would be dining here.”
Again, no mention of Dillion, this guy was really starting to piss me off. Time to take the trash out, I was about done with this idiot. My time was much better spent packing Farron and Dillion’s old place up and getting them officially moved to the Triple H.
“Baby, you want to finish this so we can get you and the kid packed up?” Batting Alec’s finger away, I moved two steps to my right and grabbed hold of Farron’s hand.
“Get rid of this guy once and for all, baby,” I whispered in her ear, pulling her lobe between my teeth, smiling at her low moan, her body trembling.
“Play nice, mister. I think Dillion has seen enough bloodshed for the day.” Kissing me, she turned her attention to Alec, her hand still in mine, tightly holding onto me. Squeezing her fingers, I gave her some of my strength, not that she needed it. Since this whole confrontation started, Farron had not lost an ounce of her newfound confidence, making me so proud of how far she had come.
“Alec, I am astounded that you can even stand here and hold your head up. Dillion is right there, and you have barely acknowledged him except to reprimand him. I didn’t make him on my own, but I certainly raised him by myself without any help from you or a single member of your family.”
“I agree with Nixx, if you want to see Dillion in the future, you go through our solicitor. I have full court-appointed custody, so I make the rules. Now, as this is my restaurant, I am requesting you to leave without making a purchase. There is nothing for you here Alec, I have a better life with a better man and a better family. Please get off my property.” Farron stood tall, her voice strong, letting my hand go to wrap an arm around my waist and held out the other one for Dillion, who made his way cautiously past his father without looking at him.
“If you want, Dillion can walk you to your car, but only if he wants to.” Farron glanced at her son, both of them so strong and I couldn’t be prouder. Standing up to Alec was Farron’s last tick on her ‘fuck it’ list, burying that part of her life, so there was nothing standing between our happiness together as a family of three.
