“I hope so.” We looked at the menus to decide what drinks we wanted and then both spoke at the same time. “Do you want to get some food?” she asked as I said, “Chicken wings?”
“Ha ha.” We laughed as we realized we were both hungry.
“Are you sure you want to get chicken wings?” she said, twisting her nose up slightly.
“Yeah. I love chicken wings.” I was confused. Why was she questioning my want for chicken wings?
“Well, I mean you’re wearing a white dress and planning on eating barbecue wing sauce, if it falls, might look a little...” She made a face, “You know.”
“That’s true and I am a messy eater.” I laughed, finally understanding. “Okay. Let’s see what else we can get to eat. What can we get that’s tasty, has lots of delicious calories,” I laughed, “but yet won’t spill and make me look like a glutton?”
“There’s salad.”
“No way. I said it has to have lots of calories and be yummy. I’m not eating a salad right now.”
“They have mozzarella sticks.”
“What about the marinara sauce though?” I groaned. “Oh, could you imagine if I dropped marinara onto my dress?”
“Yeah, that would suck. So maybe not mozzarella sticks. Tacos?”
“Tacos are okay. Sometimes they stuff them too high though and the meat juices drip.”

“Nuh-uh. Nachos have too much sour cream, guacamole and the salsa, I can see that getting all over me.”

“Okay. Truffle fries then?”
“Truffle fries sound perfect.”
“Ooh, they have oysters. What about oysters?”
“You know I love me some oysters. Let’s do it.” I put my face in my hand and groaned. “Oh my God. I hope it doesn’t make me horny. I’m already horny enough as it is and if oysters push me over the edge, then I’m going to have a huge problem.”
