tender rejoining, but he needed to claim his lover, as he’d claimed his boy. Tenderness could wait. At this moment, Louis needed to be told he was Craig’s, forever.
He dug his fingers into Louis’s hips, knowing he would leave bruises. “Mine,” he hissed.
“Always,” as Louis had always replied.
Craig’s balls drew up tight in their heavy sac. He was ready. He pistoned into Louis and emptied himself into Louis’s tight, grasping channel. With the last part of his mind he reached around and tugged on Louis’s leaking dick. Louis came with a shout, spilling over his fingers.
They were a mess again, and Craig was really fucking smug.
Craig insisted Louis take a short nap after fucking his brains out, pleased to find Louis was too tired to argue. Louis’s willingness may have been because Craig sat with him on the couch, a book next to his coffee cup, and Louis’s head on his lap. Louis fell asleep almost instantly, one hand wrapped around Craig as if he were keeping him there. Craig had no intention of going anywhere. His place was by Louis.
He texted Graham to check he was free for a call that afternoon.
The reply was instant. “Yes of course, dear boy.”
Craig remembered Ian was away with Daysance.
“Bored?”
“You have no idea.”
Craig chuckled. Louis furrowed his brow as if Craig had disturbed him and snuggled closer.
“Sorry, baby,” Craig murmured and stroked him until his face smoothed out.
Then he texted Dominic.
“I’m staying.”
“Duh!”
Dominic could be a sarcastic bastard when he chose.
“I need a job.”
“I have an idea.”
Of course he did.
“Talk this afternoon?”
“Why not now?”
“Louis asleep.”
“3pm?”
“Ok. What kind of job?”
“Bye.”
“Bastard,” Craig muttered.
He smiled as he sat back and closed his eyes. He had a feeling his life was never going to be the same again.
Craig fell asleep on that thought.
They took the Hogs to the club on Louis’s insistence, although from the way he was fidgeting, Craig had a feeling he was soon regretting that decision.
“Ass still sore?” he inquired solicitously. He laughed as Louis glared at him.
“You know it is. You don’t hold back.”
Craig rolled his eyes. “How many times have I fucked you? You can never walk straight afterward.”
“It’s been a long time since you fucked me.” Louis wrinkled his nose. “I didn’t ask, what happened to Strada after he left Romero’s?”
“He’s being watched,” Craig said grimly.
“Should I ask?”
Craig shook his head and Louis sighed.
“Let’s go before my butt convinces me otherwise.”
“We could take the car.”
Louis rode off. Craig chuckled. His boy was a stubborn ass.
At the club, Louis vanished into his office with Jamie and Vera. The chef looked a little more friendly toward Craig than the last time they’d met. He hoped she’d thaw, once she understood he was back for good.
Craig went to the end of the bar and called Graham first, who seemed relieved to talk to someone.
“I’m staying,” Craig announced.
There was a silence.
“Graham? Are you still there?”
“I’m waiting for you to tell me something I don’t know.”
Did alpha dogs go to sarcasm school or something?
Craig huffed. “Louis needs me.”
Another silence.
“I need Louis.”
“You do,” Graham agreed.
“I have no idea what to do next,” Craig confessed.
“You take care of your boy, and if you’re willing to step back into the community, you take care of us. Like you did with Jem Peacock.”
“You heard about that?”
“I did. Inspired move, my boy.”
“I haven’t heard from Griff or Jem.”
Graham rumbled out a laugh. “I don’t think they’ve worked it out themselves yet. You know Griff. When he does, there’ll be a lot of shouting.”
“I’m concerned Strada is back in town and going after boys like Jem,” Craig admitted. “You know how vulnerable Jem is.”
“I do. I’ve arranged to meet with Jem to talk. I think you and Quinn should be there.”
“Three Daddies and one boy? You’re going to scare the hell out of him.”
“I’ve asked Griff to support Jem.”
“Inspired move,” Craig said with a touch of sarcasm.
“I do my best.”
“If he’s busy, Louis will support Jem.”
“He was next on my list. Do you think Strada is the one going after Louis?”
“No. Strada is just interested in getting a boy back into his clutches. Louis didn’t work, so onto the next one.”
“I agree with you. Let’s meet soon, dear boy. We need to protect our community.”
“Yes. I’ll help you, Graham.”
“I knew you would. You just had to pull your head out of your ass.”
Feeling battered by Graham, Craig went onto the next call.
“Yes?” Dominic snapped.
Craig raised an eyebrow. “Do you want me to call another time?”
“No, sorry. I thought it was my brother-in-law. Family
