Bitter Irony

“Where is she?!” I snarled out the question dangerously, now focusing all my attention on who was known to the underground world of organized crime as Big B.

“I don’t know what the fuck you mean, one of my guys jacked that Ferrari from some chick yesterday,” he said obviously lying, as I granted him a knowing look before I told him,

“Now, I might have been inclined to believe you, however you’ve got two problems with that.”

“Oh yeah, and what are those, dickhead?!” he shouted back down at me.

“One is that my girl would never allow someone to steal from her and secondly…” I paused to motion to his broken men now bleeding on the floor and said,

“…this looks like her handy work.” And as if on cue one of them groaned in pain making Bryant sneer down at them before shaking his head as if they were all fucking useless.

“Now, unless you give me what I want, then you will join them and trust me when I tell you, asshole, you really don’t want to see me painting your fucking floor crimson, as I promise you…you wouldn’t like my idea of art,” I told him before I disappeared from his view and calmly made my way to the staircase beneath where he was stood.

“You a fucking cop?!” he shouted, and I laughed once and told him,

“Do I look like any fucking cop to you?”

“Oh Bryant, I am not insane…No, I am so much more than merely insane, something you will get a taste of should you decide not to tell me what I want to know…and fucking soon.”

“Fuck, tell me that she didn’t learn her fighting skills from you?” he shouted, finally admitting that he had seen her, which I knew was only the start.

“No, for if she had, then she would have slaughtered the lot of you.”
