hours giving it a patina too. There was just so much to do.
But for now…
“Showers,” Kade said, pointing in the direction of two different bathrooms. “Then sleep.”
“Then food,” Valerio said, rubbing his stomach. “Then…”
The guys stopped and all turned their gazes toward me. It was so much simultaneous attention it made me blush.
“Other stuff,” I said playfully.
They smirked. One by one they nodded.
“Lots of other stuff,” said Brock.
A shiver of excitement surged through me, knowing what was in store. We had five whole days here. Five long days of them… and me.
Mmmmmmm…
I hoped to finish both pieces in three or four, leaving us time to explore the city. But also time to explore each other. Between work being so hectic leading up to the holiday, it had been a few days since we’d all been together. And that was a situation I hoped to remedy soon.
Valerio and Kade disappeared, followed by the distinct sound of two different showers kicking on. None of the bathroom doors were closed. When you lived with — and screwed the hell out of — three different boyfriends at once, modesty about being naked around each other tended to fly right out the window.
God… I thought to myself happily. That angel!
Images of my sculpture floated to mind, now brought to life in today’s beautiful bronze pour. I couldn’t wait to polish it up. It had come out so perfect, so utterly fantastic, I couldn’t even wait to see it again.
“Wanna shower with me?”
Brock’s arms slipped around me from behind. They settled over my lower belly, right where the warmth of my arousal usually began.
“Think that’s such a good idea?” I chuckled, turning into him. His body was warm and hard. Visions of him all sweaty and working the crucible — with his shirt tied around his waist — pushed their way into my mind. “You know where that’s gonna lead, right?”
“Of course.”
“But we’re supposed to sleep first. We’ve been up since yesterday.”
He shrugged as his hands clasped themselves over the small of my back now.
“Maybe that helps me sleep?”
“What does?”
“Finishing inside you.”
God, the casual way he said it! It was so fucking sexy. So totally hot…
“You just wanted me to say that, didn’t you?”
“Maybe,” I giggled. Then: “Okay, yes.”
“Thought so.”
“Still,” I sighed, “we should wait until after we’ve slept. All of us.”
Brock sucked in a deep breath through his perfectly white teeth. “Okay.”
I kissed his chest, and his hands dropped lower. When they squeezed one round globe of my ass, I didn’t stop him.
“I need to thank you all again for this,” I said, letting my voice go serious. “This was above and beyond. The most unexpected and best Christmas present ever.”
“I know,” he laughed with mock modesty. “You deserve it though.”
“And the three of you know I’m paying you back right?” I asked. “The second I sell one of my pieces, you’re getting back all the cash you put up for materials.”
“So you’re returning our Christmas present?”
I pulled back, where I saw him pretending to be wounded. I punched him lightly in the chest.
“The money was an investment,” I told him. “Valerio said it himself. The real Christmas gift was bringing me here, and finding me a place to finish my work.” I paused, squirming into him. “The real Christmas present is having the three of you.”
His arms felt like steel cables wrapped tightly around me. They made me feel secure and content. More safe and happy than I’d felt my entire life, with anyone else.
“We did this because we care about you,” Brock murmured into my hair. “We… the three of us…”
He hesitated, and the hesitation was his undoing. The abrupt awkwardness of trying to hide what he was about to say forced him to complete his sentence.
“We have love for you.”
The words washed over me like a blanket of warmth. At the same time, they made me shiver.
“I’ve never felt like this either,” I said into Brock’s beautiful chest. “I mean… the three of you…”
I looked up, just in time to see his lips crash against mine. He kissed me hard — so hard I was instantly swooning. As my tongue swirled and my mind spun off into the sweet oblivion of his mouth against mine I felt this overwhelming feeling of attachment.
No, not attachment.
Attachment wasn’t strong enough. What we had with each other was magnetic. It was a mutual affinity at some soulful, primal level. Like the four of us weren’t just attached physically and mentally, but somehow bonded at the very
