Moving On (Rolling Thunder #7) - P.J. Fiala Page 0,23
couple, but their situation was likely more unknown than most. She wasn't welcome in his world, and her world was just beginning. The only friend she ever felt she had was Janice, but Janice worked at Rolling Thunder and hadn't contacted her since she'd gone to prison. So here she was, a clean slate with a dirty past. Joseph was right. She'd probably be better off moving on and going to a new state, a new town and really starting over. But, if there was one thing she knew about Chase, he loved it here. He loved Dog and JT, Ryder and Gunnar. He loved his job. And, now there was Greg. He knew how difficult it would be for both of them in Green Bay. His relationship with the guys at Rolling Thunder would never be the same if he continued to see her. He knew she would never be accepted by his “family” and life would be hard for her in Green Bay as an ex-con.
So, here they stood at a crossroads with an unknown future.
He stepped forward removing any space there'd been between them. His arms wrapped around her and pulled her so close their torsos we're nearly one.
"If I kiss you now, the way I've wanted to kiss you since I picked you up a couple of weeks ago, will that show you?"
He hesitated just the briefest of moments, then continued, "How about if I take you over to the ice cream shoppe and kiss you in front of Olivia? Will that make you see that it's you I want?"
His lips touched hers, softly, molding together with hers as they both tested the fit. She cocked her head to the left the slightest little bit as his head cocked to the right and it was electric. The perfect fit of their lips together sent shivers down her body. He must have felt it too because his right hand came up and held her head in place as he deepened his kiss. His tongue, oh how she'd missed his tongue and the way it explored her mouth. The feel of the softness against her tongue as they mimicked lovemaking with their mouths. She felt him thicken and harden against her lower belly. His left hand roamed to her ass as he pulled her in closer to rub against his thickened cock.
Oh, how she'd missed that, too. Remembering the way he felt inside of her sent another riot of shivers through her body. And in that moment, she decided it didn't matter if they only had a few nights together and then they broke up, she'd at least have this for a while.

Yep, it was LuAnn he wanted. It had always been her. What he wrestled with was that she came with a truckload of baggage. Olivia seemed like the perfect no hassle partner. His head told him to pick Olivia. His heart and his body told him it was LuAnn.
As his lips devoured hers his heartbeat increased. She'd always revved him up. She used to dress trashier, her bountiful breasts usually strained to be free of whatever little scrap of shirt she wore, and she was tantalizing. But, now, she usually wore no makeup, her hair had lost all its blond coloring and again was the shiny, dark brown he’d admired when he picked her up at prison, which set off her crisp blue eyes. As he noticed at Linda’s house the first time he saw her since dropping her off that first day, her clothing was greatly downplayed now, jeans and a t-shirt that covered her up. But, it worked. It all worked.
She had passion in her work at Forget Me Nots; and as he kissed her he could feel her passion for him. She was here with him.
They pulled away only a fraction from each other for air; his forehead lay against hers and his voice was barely recognizable when he whispered.
"My place?"
"Yes."
His cock throbbed behind the course denim he wore, and he couldn't wait to shrug off the confinement. Riding home would be slightly painful, but the reward would make it worth it.
In unison they turned toward his bike and there stood Olivia watching them. He nodded at her, but she turned and walked back to the ice cream shoppe. LuAnn squeezed his hand and he looked down at her, the worry on her face was clear in the dim lights. He leaned down once again and kissed her lips.
