him holding back constantly.
Not anymore.
Having him sit on my lap wasn’t the most practical option, so as we sat down near the end of the couch, I moved close to him. He was tucked between me and the arm of the couch, but his eyes widened when I reached down for his legs and made it clear I wanted him draped across me.
He seemed more than happy to rest his legs on my lap and curl into me, so I made a mental note to cuddle him more often. “Now, we have a conversation to finish.”
His head bobbed against my chest, but as he relaxed, he spoke quietly. “But you have to tell me what you’re thinking too because you’re just as important as I am in this relationship.”
Giving in to the urge, I kissed his head. “Yes, I will be honest with how things make me feel and what I’m thinking.”
I wasn’t sure how he would take the gesture, but his giggle and the way he snuggled closer made me realize how much he liked it.
So I did it again.
It wasn’t quite the grand gesture that someone else might have made on a first date, but Morgan didn’t seem to mind.
“Again, Daddy.” His voice wasn’t quite little, but I could hear the submission coming out as he spoke.
Something in his voice pulled at the dominant part of me I wasn’t always comfortable acknowledging. But I’d hidden from it long enough, so I did my best to simply react as I reached up and cupped his face.
Easing him back, I slid my hand under his chin and steered him to look up at me. “Are you going to be a good boy and answer the rest of my questions honestly? You were doing a very good job in the restaurant, but my questions are going to become more intimate.”
He shivered but didn’t pull away. “I’ll be good. I promise.”
“I want you to remember that good boys get rewarded.” I stroked his cheek with my thumb and moved him closer. “Do you want a little reward for being good when we spoke after your appointment and in the restaurant?”
Every muscle in his body seemed to tighten before melting into me. “Please, Daddy.”
There was such need in his voice that my last reservations faded away and I brought my lips to his. It was the first time in years I’d wanted to kiss someone and hadn’t felt obligated to do it after an awkward date.
The fact that Morgan was a man registered as my lips brushed his, but as I kissed him, everything practical faded away except the feel of his body against mine and the sweet, needy sounds he made. As he finally pulled away, he was smiling as he tucked himself back against me.
“I know we haven’t really talked about it much, but you’ve never dated a guy so how was that…I mean…” He huffed as his question started to unravel, but I knew what he was trying to ask.
“I never thought of myself as anything really. Yes, I’ve just dated women, but that’s more because they were the only ones who asked.” When Morgan giggled, I shrugged and tried to explain more of my past.
“I dated a girl in high school where it was my decision, but after that I didn’t date in high school, and then in college women have been…very confident.” My first year, I’d found saying no rude when they’d gone to the trouble of asking, but with one awkward date after another, I soon found the resolve to politely decline.
“Tell me about her.” He sat up and kissed my cheek before curling back into me. “The one you asked out.”
I found myself smiling from his kiss, but I did my best to focus on his question. “Alice? Well, we’d known each other since we were kids and she was always very quiet. Looking back, she was probably a submissive in some way.”
He let out a quiet chuckle. “And young Leon didn’t seem to notice that at all, right?”
“Well.” I shrugged and he giggled again. “Yes, it would’ve never occurred to me. But I liked making her happy and we were close in a more romantic way until her family moved.”
That had stung.
“I’m sorry.” Morgan sat up, frowning. “Did you keep in touch?”
“For a while, but her father took a job with a German company and the distance was too much.” Morgan looked upset, so I hugged him again. “It’s been over for a long time
