she was given for turning over the box, everyone gathered to discuss what should be done about the box. Luca-The Underboss, was willing to return the box and all its contents to prevent a war with a neighboring town. Luca-The Friend, was ready to burn down the entire town of Cedar Creek. In the end, he left it up to Robbie to decide, and she had voted to just end it. She had just wanted it over with and was ready to move on with her life. The box had been returned to Nelson Sorgen, but not before we made copies of everything first. Luca ended up calling it an early wedding present to Robbie and allowed Cedar Creek to continue to exist. And, though we weren’t married yet, we were going to be. I was just waiting for her face to heal so her wedding pictures weren’t so gruesome.
Stepping into our bedroom, I began loosening my tie. “Babe?”
“In here,” she called out from the bathroom.
I walked into the bathroom and Robbie was tossing her hair up in a knot on top of her head. “Whatcha doing?” I asked as I wrapped my arms around her from behind.
“I was getting ready to take a shower,” she replied, grinning at me through the mirror. “I just finished my yoga workout.” Robbie still had a few weeks of healing to still do, but every day she did beginner’s yoga to ease her tight muscles.
I stepped back and slapped her ass. “As long as you don’t lose those curves, baby…”
She choked out a laugh. “Trust me,” she said dryly. “I’ve been trying to trim my curves for years. Nothing works. I think you’re safe.” Robbie turned to face me, and she stretched on her toes and gave me a soft kiss on the lips. “I missed you.”
“Not as much as I missed you,” I returned like a pathetically whooped pussy. “I was hoping I’d get home early enough tonight.”
She touched my wet hair and sighed. “You know, most women would worry that their boyfriends came home sometimes freshly showered and in clothes different from the ones they left with.”
I snorted.
She smiled.
“You know, I used to think you were a primadonna with all the clothes and shoes you had in your closet, but then I realized your outfits are most likely a wear-only-once situation.”
I laughed. “Ding, ding, ding,” I grinned. “Give the beautiful lady a prize.”
Her eyes sparkled when she asked, “Feel like taking another shower?”
“Only if you’re going to let me fuck you in there,” I answered honestly.
Robbie’s hands went to my belt. “That’s the only reason I’d ask.”
Watching her hands at work, I knew I was going to have a ring on her finger by the end of the week.
The End.

Just a couple of things before I let you go and get your read on. While I am doing my best to work with better editing and proofreading software, all my books are solo, independent works. I write my books, proofread my books, edit my books, create the covers, etc. I have one beta who gives me feedback on my stories, but other than that, all my books are independent projects.
