what was going on.

“Don’t fucking mess with him as well,” Riggs growled as he passed me.

“Too late,” I mumbled under my breath, grinning at the sight of Garett next to my parents.

What a damn coincidence, I thought.

This night could only get better.

I stepped closer to them, and when Garett noticed me, he smiled as friendly as possible and reached out his hand.

“You must be Valley. I’m Marcus,” he told me, making me raise a brow at what I supposed was his actual name.

“Nice to meet you, Marcus,” I replied, shaking his hand and looking into his eyes.

He was taller than I had imagined, but then again…I only ever saw him on my computer screen. The other strange thing was that he and Riggs had no similarities whatsoever.

Sure, they were both very tall, but Riggs had a wide, well-built frame while Garett—uh, Marcus, didn’t have a lot of muscles.

Riggs’s face was also more structured, with a not very straight nose which must’ve been broken a few times in his life.

But Garett’s, shit…ah, what the hell. He’s Garett to me.

Garett’s was much smaller, straighter, and a little turned up at the tip.

Now that he stood right in front of me, he wasn’t as attractive anymore, but he was still the same man drinking his own piss in front of my eyes.

Good thing he didn’t know what I looked like, or else he would’ve recognized me the second he laid eyes on me.

“Marcus just came here from New Mexico. You’ve always wanted to go there, didn’t you?” Della asked me with a smile.

So he lied to me about being in Canada. Or he could’ve been lying about where he came from.

Either way, it didn’t really matter as long as he didn’t know I was the alleged twenty-year-old he paid to sit in front of her webcam without any clothes on.

“Would love to go to New Mexico sometime. What’s it like?” I asked, taking a quick look at Riggs who was standing there with his glass in his hand and a raised brow on his grumpy face.

“It’s beautiful. Worth a trip,” he told me with a smile.

Yeah, this guy definitely wasn’t who he pretended to be. Then again…I wasn’t who I really was either.

Her attention was set on my damn brother.

After blocking her and hoping I wouldn’t have to see her again wearing fucking lingerie, I made the fatal mistake to invite her family over for dinner because of Marcus’s arrival.

Worst thing about it all? She wasn’t wearing a fucking bra.

Her nipples practically pushed holes into the fabric of her tight sweater, and the sight of it made me wonder if she wasn’t wearing anything underneath her skirt either.

Who was I kidding?

That girl had no boundaries, so why would she only get rid of her bra?

And the way she greeted me at the door…I wanted to spank her right there.

Push her against the wall and teach her another lesson. Not that she learned anything from the first one anyway.

As innocent and unfazed she acted around my brother, I wasn’t done with her yet.

Squeezing her ass and feeling her tits pressed against my chest wasn’t enough, and the second I got her to myself tonight, ever just for a few seconds, I would show her how much anger I had in me because of those pictures she sent without me asking for them.

She knew exactly what she did, knowing how hot she looked, but just because I might’ve rubbed my dick and came while looking at those pictures, doesn’t mean I’d let it slip just like that.

She was playing with me, and although I told her I wasn’t up for that kind of bullshit, I couldn’t be an adult and step away.

All through dinner, Valley was talking to Marcus about this and that, mentioning how well she was doing in school and what her future plans were.

All while her parents asked me thousands of questions concerning either my past as an Air Force pilot, or my current situation about being retired.

They knew a lot about my life already, and to change things up a bit, I turned the questions around to make them talk a little more and let me keep quiet for once.

Valley was focused on Marcus, and they seemed to have found each other in such a short time span.

Not that it bothered me, but the way Valley was, I was hoping she wouldn’t try and get too close to him.

“Anyone want some dessert?” I asked to interrupt Valley and Marcus’s conversation about
