aisle. You can’t be stumbling and making your vows with a slur.”
“This is my first drink of the day.” Zack comes over and throws his arm over my shoulders. “It’s the truth. Slider was making a toast.”
“I figured you’d be sick as shit after last night.”
Zack’s smile faded. “I came by your place?”
“I thought you were going to kiss me.”
He broke into a laugh. “I’m kidding. I remember somebody was in your bed and you wouldn’t tell me who.”
“That’s true.”
Slider tossed back the last of his drink. “She must have been hot as fuck if he didn’t offer to share.”
Gabriel stood. He’s the tallest of us and built like a beefed-up linebacker. We’re pretty damn sure he’s an alien or a robot made out of steel. “I don’t know if somebody is supposed to give a speech or not but I’m going to say this,” he strolls across the room to Zack and puts both hands on his shoulders, “You’re a lucky man. If you hurt her, I’ll kick your ass from one coast to the other.”
Zack looks up at Gabriel. “If I ever hurt Morgan, I’ll deserve a beat down.”
There’s a knock at the door, I’m closest so I open it and Father Benjamin steps inside. “Gabriel we’re ready for you to start seating the guests.”
Gabriel nods. “Okay.”
“We’ll wait fifteen minutes for you to get everyone seated. When you close the inner and outer doors, the bridesmaids and the bride will join you in the foyer. Once the music starts, you’ll open the inner doors and the bridesmaids will start the procession. As we rehearsed, you’ll all be in place when the wedding march begins, and the bride makes her entrance. Zack, you and the groomsmen come with me now.”
I turn and face Zack. He’s trying to button his tuxedo shirt and I notice his hands are trembling. I get him dressed, straighten his bow tie, and turn him toward the mirror. “If I’m honest, I’ll admit you’ve never looked happier.”
“Thanks.”
I wave my arm toward the hall. “Let’s go. The priest is waiting.”
It seems as if we stand beside Zack forever, but the music finally starts, Gabriel opens the double doors, and Chels starts the procession. A few seconds later she’s followed by Kayla. Pride swells in my chest because the most beautiful woman in the building will be leaving with me.
The music changes and everyone stands. Morgan looks beautiful as she slowly walks down the aisle. I don’t know how Zack feels, but I’m betting he’s a nervous wreck. This is one hell of a jump off the cliff, and I wish him nothing but good luck.
The entire ceremony didn’t take but a few minutes. Granted it was my first wedding to attend and I didn’t know what to expect. Afterward, we all gather in front of the church and wait for the bride and groom to exit.
Kayla’s hand is in mine when I notice the tears in her eyes, but then every woman here seems to either be crying or on the verge. I move closer and put my hand on her lower back.
“Aren’t you happy for Zack and Morgan?”
“Very.”
Cheers go up from the small crowd as the newlyweds come out laughing. They wave, get into a white limo, and speed away. A minute later Taylor pulls up to the curb. He gets out, comes around, and opens the door.
I help Kayla in and join her. I’ve already given instructions where to go and we’re quickly on the road to one of the plushest hotels in Chicago for the reception. I think we need some privacy, so I raise the shield and turn on some music.
“Look at me.” I reach over and lift her chin with my index finger. I rub my thumb across the soft flesh of lower lip, and the tip of her tongue slips out, sliding in circles around me. My cock twitches once and immediately grows hard.
She glances at the crotch of my pants, which is expanding right in front of her. “How far is the hotel?”
“At least twenty minutes.” I place my hand on her leg and work my way up to find bare skin. “It pleases me that you followed my instructions.”
“Thank you, Sir.”
I pat my lap. “Come here. I need your pussy.”
She lifts her hips and pulls her dress up to her waist. She stops and turns her back to me. “Unzip me, please.”
“My pleasure.” I watch her wiggle out of her dress and hang it by the straps on
