The Tracker Hive Academy Year One - Avery Song Page 0,66
wasn't necessarily my name, but it was my adopted surname at school. It would have to do.
Turning my attention to the girls while I soaked my hands under the stream of warm water, I replied, "Hmm?"
The four girls exchanged a look, moving up until they were a step away from me. They were trying to be intimidating, but that was a little hard with them barely wearing proper clothes. I had definitely underdressed, but that was on purpose, and I still covered most of my ass and breasts.
These girls looked more like hookers with their almost see-through tops that had their nipples poking against the fabric, and their short dresses that barely covered their asses.
The main girl and two others were wearing visible thongs, only adding to their very provocative way of saying 'I want to be fucked, take me away.' Obviously, their lack of clothing didn't give anyone permission to touch them, but our society, or should I say the justice system that I'd seen with my own eyes, would work against them in this case.
To them, an outfit like this screamed trouble, but I wasn't going to be the messenger. You could say that about any outfit, but jeez. I wasn't sure I'd be bold enough to come out in public with some of these outfits.
Just walk naked if you're going to wear a dress that practically matches your skin color, barely covers your ass when you're standing, has your breasts nearly popping out, and puts your nipples on display.
After a good assessment of the girl in the nude dress, who so happened to be the leader of this group, I waited for them to continue.
"I said hey," the nude dress chick declared.
"You actually said Masters, but all right." I shrugged.
Her irritation had me cackling on the inside, but I was able to keep my face blank as she spoke. "Your sister didn't come after all?"
"She's around," I replied. "Jade had her date earlier." I thought it would be fun to make them think ‘Jade” was at the party too, along with Zeke and me in my Shadow Jade disguise.
The main girl flicked her shoulder-length hair, standing proudly as she placed her hands on her hips.
"We need you to tell your sister to back off," she declared.
"Back off? From what?" I asked innocently, trying to match Shadow's Jade persona. She was more innocent and didn't catch on to things like I did, but these girls didn't know the difference beyond Shadow Jade's usual Kill song behavior.
Who was I even kidding? They couldn't even tell I wasn't her.
"Yes. Tell her to stop flirting with the rest of the Maxwell brothers," the main chick addressed. "I'm surprised you're okay with her trying to steal your man."
"My man?" I blinked my eyes and gave them what I'd deem a creepy smile.
The other girls already looked nervous by my odd behavior, but the lead chick continued. "Yes. Aren't you and Zeke dating?"
"Hmm. I think you guys got it confused again," I said to leave them second-guessing, which immediately worked as they nervously they looked at one another.
"What do you mean?" the leader questioned.
"Zeke's dating my sister. I'm not sure if I'm interested in any of them." I shrugged. "Killing and blood are a lot more fun." My smile was priceless, and the three girls standing around were beginning to turn a tad pale.
"W-well tell her the others, specifically Zeus, are off limits."
"For who?" I questioned.
The leader crossed her arms under her breasts and tried to appear taller. "I have my eyes set on Zackery, and a bunch of girls wouldn't mind a smart, handsome man like Zion, but Zeus is off limits entirely, seeing as Sallie couldn't snag Zeke before your sister made her move."
"Zeke approached my sister," I voiced, wanting to see their reaction.
The girls all exchanged looks, and the main chick cleared her throat. "That's not what we heard."
"I saw it with my own eyes. He asked her out after class this evening. Not to mention they've been flirting publicly all week. I'm sure you didn't miss the pictures of them in the parking lot kissing? That was up almost immediately on all the blogs."
The girls pulled out their phones as if this was new content being dished out onto the internet.
"T-that..."
"Marlena, look." The red-haired chick on the right quickly showed her phone screen to her friend. "She's right. I didn't see this up when we were making our way here."
