Sold To Mr. Milano - Daniella Wright Page 0,28

seemed confused and frightened, but not by me. She was bothered by her own intrigue...her own inability to keep refusing me.

I watched as her eyes closed and her lips parted. She was giving into her secret urges, or at least giving me a chance to convince her why she should. Deep down, I wasn’t surprised. This was a moment we had been dancing around since she came storming up to me that day eight years ago. The moment our eyes met, a flame started roaring between us and we had been dancing around it ever since.

I pressed my lips against hers more gently this time, letting her adjust to the feeling...to the idea of me. I knew she had always wondered what this would be like, no matter how much she hated herself for it. She didn’t kiss me back, but she let her lips soften a little. She wouldn’t participate, but she let me have my way for a moment. She waited to see what I would do and how it would make her feel.

Each brush of her lips against mine felt like a tiny little spark that was threatening to send us both up in flames. The heat and longing for more surged through me, and I could see it boiling up inside of her too. But rather than dare to let herself kiss me back, she pulled away again and spit in my face.

I wiped it away and snarled at her, but the anger in her face had vanished. She looked tired...like it had taken everything in her to fight her desires, and now she was finally wearing down. A coy smile curled on the corners of her lips. She was testing me...seeing how far she could push me. She was toying with me all over again.

“I do not wish to play games with you, Alicia Martino,” I stated firmly. The tone of my voice implied that there were many other things I did wish to do with her.

“Then perhaps you shouldn’t have me chained up like your little toy.”

I laughed, wondering how stupid she really thought I was. My feet moved forward to close the gap between us once again, putting my face mere inches away from hers. “Is that what this is all about?” I asked in a deep rasp. “You think I am so stupid to let you seduce me just so I will set you free?”

“I did nothing to seduce you. You acted on your own accord.”

“What if I told you that by existing, you seduce me…” I cringed inside, hating that I would blurt out something that gave her so much power over me. But it was true. And everything inside of me was dying to take her. If one small admission would grant me that...well, I had made bigger sacrifices in my life.

She seemed conflicted - surprised and not all at once. Maybe because she understood my feelings too well. Maybe she felt the duality of her desires just as strongly for me.

“If I let you down, you will fight me, try to run away.”

Her eyes sparkled with a devilish, mischievous glare. That devastating coy smile of hers returned. “Then perhaps you will have to ensure that you are giving me reason enough to stay in here with you.”

The seduction dripping in her voice was enough to slay me. I didn’t care anymore if it was all a trick. I was certain it was, but I wanted the chance to take her. It didn’t feel like a choice anymore. I had to. I crashed my lips back to hers, and finally, she gave in to me. Only a little at first, but soon she was melting and losing herself in the kiss. We ravaged each other’s mouths with a fury. We had been sparring with each other through our words, and it wasn’t until that moment that I realized this was the only thing that could satisfy our hatred for each other.

I started ripping away the heavy wet gown from her body so that I could really see her and feel her. With her arms still chained on either side of her body, I helped myself to heaping handfuls of her curves...her breasts, her hips, down to her thighs. After kneading into every inch of her, I danced my fingers in between her legs.

I taunted her with my lips, keeping them just out of her reach. I wanted to see the look on her face when I touched her. I wanted
