and that there isn’t anything to be afraid or ashamed of.”

“Sound advice.” His lips pressed to hers, and the lute made a twang as he pulled it away from her.

Their kiss started off decorous and affectionate, rapidly heating up when she reached to his jaw and stroked his cheek.

He slowed the kiss and lifted his head. “I believe we should say our goodbye to the happy couple before we take this further.”

Abiha blushed and nodded, getting to her feet next to him. He helped her down the steps with her heavier formal robe weighing her down. “Where did the lute go?”

“I can bring it back when you want it.”

He smiled and pressed a kiss to her knuckles.

They paused in front of the couple, and Abiha bowed before Ledana and Jimon Alwe. “I wish you joy, health, prosperity, and wisdom.”

Ledana smiled. “Thank you, sister. It was an honour to share the day with you.”

Jimon inclined his head. “It was an honour to have you here on this day, sister.”

She smiled, bowed again, and Kiloh simply nodded toward the couple. There were exclamations of excitement, and Abiha turned her head to see night-blooming flowers surrounding the new couple. It was beautiful.

Smiling, Abiha kept hold of Kiloh’s hand, and they walked out of the garden, through the house, and out the other side.

She gathered the robe and held it with her free hand as they walked toward the guesthouse. She was suddenly up in his arms, and they went deep into the forest.

She asked, “Where are we going? I am not having sex in the tree.”

He grinned. “There is somewhere new that you can debate sexual options in.”

She blushed, but he took her past the pond, and then, he rounded the ridge of stone just behind it where a house stood where no house had stood before.

He removed her shoes and set them down before removing his own and stepping inside. The house was huge. The ceilings were high, and the rooms were large. He carried her through the house and set her on her feet in the bedroom.

“Where did this place come from?”

He smiled. “I have been working on it throughout the day. Gaining enough material for the permanent structure was the difficult part.”

“Thank you. I did not think you would have something ready this fast.”

He stroked her cheek. “I was inspired by today’s activities and realized that the couple might want to spend time in the guesthouse for privacy. I notified Jimon this morning.”

She blushed as his gaze was very intense. “You seemed very at ease, but I don’t remember you attending any previous weddings in the village.”

He smiled. “I was motivated to be on my best behaviour.”

Abiha blushed. “Ah. So, is there time for a bath before bed?”

“There is. Let me help you out of all those layers.” He smiled and stroked her shoulders.

She paused as a slightly naughty thought came to mind.

He slowed the stroking of her shoulders. “What are you thinking?”

“I am pondering the physics of having sex while fully clothed.”

His expression went to deadly serious, and he knelt at the edge of the bed. He folded his robes back layer by layer until his erection was featured in the opening. “Your turn.”

She steeled her nerves and peeled back layer after layer until she felt the air against her wet sex. She had been slick since he picked her up outside the wedding.

He slid his hand up her inner thigh and pressed two fingers into her easily. She blushed and moved toward him, whimpering as he started to thrust and withdraw his fingers.

“Come on, wrap yourself around me.”

He stopped his fingers and guided her thighs toward him until she was kneeling across him, his cock pressed between them. Kiloh kissed her softly and lifted her hips with one hand, sliding his erection against her before easing her onto him.

She sharply inhaled as she settled, and her ribs pressed at the binding around her, making breathing happen in the upper part of her chest.

“Are you all right?” He bent and nibbled at her lips.

She whispered, “This is definitely different. I might faint.”

He smiled. “I will catch you.”

She focused on the look of his skin and the calm expression in his eyes. “Okay.”

She reached up and cupped his face with the wide sleeves of her formal robe. He lifted and lowered her slowly, and she joined in when she caught onto the balance, and they kissed leisurely, no longer in a rush toward climax. This moment was about the journey.
