For The Win (Gamer Girls, #6) - Auryn Hadley Page 0,37

over hers, guiding her, showing her just how he liked it. Faster, tighter, their hands moved together until even his hips joined in. Then, with a deep groan, he lost control. Braden's eyes flew open just as thick ropes of cum splattered against his belly, and their eyes met. His mouth was parted, his fingers were crushing hers, but something in that moment was almost magical, as if she had complete control over him.

And then he sighed, spent. "Wow," he breathed, patting the spot beside him. "Get comfy, baby. I need to wipe this off."

She flopped where he'd gestured and he immediately rolled to his feet, walking toward the bathroom without shame. Naturally, she watched, taking in the glory of this man. Her man - at least for tonight - and that was a feeling she couldn't even describe. When she'd imagined being intimate with someone, it hadn't been anything like this.

This was the kind of thing normal people did. In her fantasies, she'd braced for having to explain and apologize a lot more. She'd planned out how she'd deal with the rejection. Instead, she was lying naked in his bed. Even more insane, she didn't want to yank the blankets over her body. Being with Braden was different. It was amazing. It was everything she'd never even dared to think was possible.

Yeah, she was definitely staying the night, because that had to happen again.

Chapter 13

Braden didn't bother walking around the bed to reclaim his place. Instead, he crawled across it to kiss her neck playfully. Rhaven giggled, tilting her head to make room even as she rolled into him. With a sigh of contentment, he tugged her against his side then reached up to guide her hair back.

"Hey, I have a question." He curled his arm around her back, holding her there. "What will it take to convince you to call me your boyfriend?"

Rhaven felt like the entire world paused. That was not the question she expected. "What?" she managed to get out.

"I'd like to make this an official thing," he explained. "Me, you. Boyfriend, girlfriend. Taken. Exclusive. You know, that sort of thing."

"Braden, no one wants to date me." She rolled her eyes at him.

"I do." His fingers moved to follow her hairline, caressing her face. "Have for a while, but you wouldn't take me seriously. I've asked all my friends to put in a good word."

"They have!" she groaned. "Murder, Psyc, and even Dread. Never mind Ice and Lithium, QQ and Void. Even Knock went out of his way to let me know you're pretty cool."

"Yeah, but that doesn't really answer my question." He leaned in to kiss her forehead. "I want to be your boyfriend, Rhaven. The man you text late at night. The one you giggle about with your girlfriends." And he held up his finger before her face. "I'm not asking you to introduce me to your parents or anything. I just want to be yours. To be the man you can come to when you need someone big, strong, and willing to seduce you."

"Oh?" She playfully pushed away from him. "Is that what this is? I'm your newest kink, huh?"

He caught her before she could get too far. "No. Rhaven, please don't think that. I like the girl who sees a dev and tells him to fuck off. I can't get enough of the chick who stands up so Kate can make her speech. I also want to have you sit in my lap at those after parties, be able to kiss you without expecting to get slapped, and those sorts of things."

"Really?"

He just nodded. "Yeah. I like you. I'd really like to see where this goes, and I'm pretty sure you aren't going to stay in Prescord forever."

"I'm not," she said softly. "I have a plan, and I'm almost there. If I can just get a sponsor..."

"Then what?" he asked. "Not for your career goals, but for us. Do I have to wait until you prove something like Void did for QQ? I'm serious about you, Rhaven. I don't know if my job is going to make your life harder or easier, but I'm hoping it doesn't matter. I'm also not here for a fling, so I'm trying to figure out what you want."

"I'm a mess, Braden."

"Me too," he said. "I'm kinda the community fuck-up at Deviant, and I know it. Dez helps, but I'm not that good. That's why I do the EC booth and not the Flawed demo. That's why
