base and took him as deep as she could, then hummed as she lifted her head slightly. His hands tightened on her legs, and she laughed lightly. She swirled her tongue on his head and took him deep again. Ferrus groaned and started licking her faster, moving one of his fingers into her pussy and fucking her with it.
His cum, shot down her throat, and she eagerly swallowed every bit. Humming to help finish him off as he brought her to an orgasm. She screamed and hoped the dirt mound they were in was soundproof.
Chapter Twenty-Two
The next morning, with his mate securely in his life, Ferrus headed back to the cave to convince the king times have changed as well as his people. The females were completely correct in wanting what they did, fairness and equality. But how was he going to convince his father of that?
Close to the edge of the forest, his dragon picked up something that set it on alert. He stopped and sniffed the air. Pine, bark, and dirt were the only scents he took in. Normal. With his animal’s eyes peeking through, he scanned the area for movement; his ears listened for heartbeats.
Only the tiny rodents and insects of the trees and ground rummage around. Nothing to indicate fear on their part. Finding no reason for further searching, returned on his way home.
When he approached the main cave entrance, his men came from their hiding places to greet him. The first thing he noticed was how uncomfortable they both looked. They stood at attention, but one’s bottoms were about to slide off his hips while the other looked like he couldn’t suck his stomach in more and breathe, the latch on the waistband about to burst.
Strange, but if that was how they wanted to clothe themselves, then fine with him as long as they fought like warriors.
“How are the soldiers holding up without the females?” he asked. The two guards glanced at each other with frowns then turned back to him. “What?” They were not telling him something.
“Sire, the king awaits your return.”
He continued past them into the main cavern. The area was quieter than expected. No one was training or moving about. Where were his men? The only other place that could hold them was the eating room.
He hurried up the tunnel toward the crest of the mountain. When he reached the top, he heard voices and entered the cave to see dishes in upheaval around the tables, most with little food remaining. The floor was dotted with spilled items. It looked like a herd of animals had grazed in the room. Not to mention the smell.
Leaving, he strode down the hall to the food prep room where most of the noise was coming from. As soon as his eyes adjusted to the sunlight, he wished he had remained blind to the sight. The place was a disaster.
Bowls were piled everywhere, several smashed on the floor. Greens and skins littered the stone. A few men stood at the central stone section carving a head out of a melon. He could see shadows of the men outside doing who knew what. Some were partially dressed, and others had on clothes too big or too small. To top it off, three men lounged in the pool.
The females were going to kill them…after they put the room back in order.
“Glad you’re here, sire. When are the females coming back? We don’t know how to make porridge. We’re out of meat since some of the men had to have another steak. And we’re not sure what some items in the garden are.”
Ferrus stepped backward then continued down the aisle to the tunnel that went past the throne room. He didn’t even know where to start with all that.
“Sire,” he heard, “are you coming back? We’re hungry.” They’d figure out the answer when he didn’t show up.
From a connecting tunnel, Smit stepped out with several swords in his arms. Very rough looking swords. “Morning, sire. I’m taking these weapons to the men to inspect.” Ferrus lifted one, a sharp edge pressed into his hand. “You’ll have to forgive me, sire. I cannot make the handholds that the female does. We need her back.”
“You need her back?” he asked, brow raised.
“Yes, sire. No one can do that job but her.”
Ferrus nodded. “I will see what I can do. Take these to the men and tell them what you just told me. I want them to see how they need the
