Their Forever - Chloe Kent Page 0,3

of the thought that the new driver could look at her ass if he wanted. She just didn't understand why that and his whole person made her feel so angry with herself.

She managed to make it to the limousine and made sure she didn't spare the driver a glance when he opened the door for her. She also wished she could wipe that arrogant grin off his face… with the heel of her shoe.

For the first time since meeting Liam, she didn't appreciate that the dress he'd chosen for her bared way too much thigh when she was seated, of which Kade would have gotten an eyeful when he held the door open for her. She also didn't thank him. Instead, she turned her head deliberately away, dismissing him and smiled broadly at her husband sitting next to her.

Liam tsked softly at her, and her ass tingled at the forthcoming punishment coming her way. So be it.

How had her perfectly fine day turned out to be so peevish. Oh right. Kade Tremayne. An absolute nobody who jerked at the pedestal of her faultless life with Liam. Yet even as she thought that she realized how absolutely ridiculous she was being and wondered if her cycle was close.

She sat in silence next to Liam in the limo, who himself seemed to be in his own thoughts. But her mind wasn't silent at all. She kept glancing in the direction of the new chauffeur, trying to figure him out or rather tried to figure out his effect on her and her inability to brush it aside.

Minutes ticked by and her frown grew gloomier.

“Take your panties off, Little One,” Liam said softly next to her, breaking the silence, but not soft enough that only she could hear him.

The blush in Olivia's cheeks, which had remained since she stepped into his study earlier that evening, turned into a painful scorch. Immediately she whipped her head up to find the driver's features visible in the rearview mirror.

“Liam,” she whispered shocked, turning her attention back on her husband. Was he messing with her?

Please let him be joking.

Usually when he made that kind of request, the partition separating them from the driver was up, giving them complete privacy. Lots of times Liam had made her come with his fingers or a vibrator in the back seat of his limo but all in complete privacy. He was very possessive about her orgasms. They were all his and for his eyes only.

Relief helped her come to her senses. Maybe he'd forgotten to put the partition up. She gestured with her head to make him aware of his slip. But he made no move except to look at her with an expectant, impatient expression on his face. Okay, maybe her head gestures were too vague. She tried words instead.

“Liam, the partition?” she whispered with urgency in her voice.

“These are your consequences, Little One. Feel free to regret not having amended your rude behavior earlier to our new chauffeur but also to continue being impolite when you didn't thank Kade for opening and closing your door.”

Oh God. He was serious. Her consequences would be dished out in front of the driver she had been rude to, not while they were alone in their bedroom.

“Now, do you want me to repeat my request, or are you going to refuse me?” he asked, his tone so gentle he could be asking her if she preferred strawberry jam over marmalade.

Liam had given her a safe word to use from the moment they were married. Charcoal. In her effort to please such a powerful man, she had never used the word ever before. But then again, he had never done anything to make her even think of saying it. But now she contemplated using her safe word. Yet the thought didn't sit right with her. She had been rude to a stranger, and that had been uncalled for. He hadn't done anything to her in reality, but in her mind, he spelled trouble, and she didn't need that kind of trouble. Not now when her life was perfect, and she owed it all to Liam. Her husband.

Liam had assured her from day one, he would only give her what she was capable of handling. And he had stayed true to his word. She may have had a moment of doubt in her abilities, but then she'd remember his words, and if he thought she could do it, then she could.

But the other reason she stopped
