eyes rolled to the back of her head. Donovan gripped her trembling thighs and slowed his pace. He loved the way Kyra’s muscles clenched around his penis during her climax. He felt at home inside her. He loved to bring her pleasure.
He withdrew and slowly brought her knees closed. “Can you scoot back?”
Kyra didn’t want to, but she pushed back until she could lay flat without her legs dangling off the mattress. Donovan got on the bed and lay next to her. Kyra rolled to her side, and Donovan did the same. He pressed his chest against her back, and placed his hand on her hip.
“You didn’t…” Kyra took a breath. “You didn’t cum.”
“I’m about to,” Donovan whispered into the back of her head. She felt his still hard penis pushing the back of her thighs.
Kyra grinned. She felt completely relaxed. “That’s not gonna work.”
“It will if you lift this leg a little,” Donovan said. He stroked her thigh.
Kyra had never made love in this position, but she lifted her leg. Donovan shifted slightly, and his penis found her ridiculously wet opening. He slid inside. Kyra’s love-lazy eyes flashed open. She moaned with pleasure.
“Ah…”
“Told ya,” Donovan said. He still had his hand on her hip, his chest against her back. “Your ass feels so good in my lap,” he breathed. He pumped slowly, filling her completely each time.
Kyra closed her eyes, enjoying the new angles he could hit from this position. After a while, she found that she could throw it back at him, while lying on her side. Donovan enjoyed that very much.
CHAPTER SIXTEEN
FOOL FOR LOVE
They didn’t sleep again until five a.m. Donovan woke up at eight and sent his mother a text message, letting her know he wouldn’t join her for church this Sunday morning. That was a rarity. He climbed back into bed with Kyra, and she immediately reached for him in her sleep.
Donovan woke up again at noon. He showered and dressed in his usual tee-shirt, shorts and sneakers. He woke Kyra up, and she showered again, too. She put on the outfit Donovan gave her last night, remembering that she only wore it for an hour before he undressed her again.
Kyra called home. Aunt Ruth said there were no problems, except she had an important message she needed to deliver. She sounded like it was bad news. Kyra didn’t ask what it was. She didn’t want anything negative to ruin her last moments with Donovan.
He dropped her off at 1:30 and kissed her lovingly in Aunt Ruth’s driveway. Kyra held her dress and her mum in her lap. She felt a little self conscious, knowing her aunt would throw the sleepover in her face at some point, to try to make her feel low. Donovan told her she would never have that problem if she moved in with him. Kyra kissed him again, very slowly. She told him, “You don’t know what you’re saying. But, we can talk about it later.”

Donovan went straight to his mother’s house after leaving Kyra. Beverly responded to the message he sent earlier. She asked if he could stop by for Sunday dinner, if he was feeling better. One thing Donovan would never turn down was his mama’s home cooking, even if he’d have to explain why he missed church. Heresponded to her by text: I’m feeling great! I’ll be there at 2.
When he arrived, Beverly had a three course meal prepared. Donovan grinned at the macaroni and cheese, baked potato and his mama’s world famous meatloaf. He gave her a big hug and a kiss on the jaw.
“What’s wrong with you, boy? Why you so excited?” Beverly struggled to get out of his bear hug, but she was smiling.
“I feel good, Mama. And you made my favorite dinner. What’s not to be happy about?”
He took a seat at the kitchen table, and Beverly served him a plate. They made small talk while Donovan wolfed it down. He told his mom that he missed church this morning because he slept late, but he knew she would want a better explanation. Beverly waited until he was done eating before she brought it up again. By then Donovan was too full and lazy to be deceptive.
“How’d you sleep late if you were awake at eight o’clock to send me a text message?” Beverly asked.
“I was with Kyra,” Donovan said. “She spent the night with me.”
Beverly’s eyes widened. She figured Kyra had something to do with it, but she thought it would take
