Playing For Her Heart - Megan Erickson Page 0,4
in his goddamn tight breeches that it was painful. He wanted to unlace them, pull out his cock, and take her body right then, right there.
Her eyes were glittering emeralds; her lips parted.
“You think that hot little body of yours is enough to repay me, Princess?” he whispered.
Her pupils dilated and she squirmed a little in her seat. “I’m well educated on how to please a man.”
He wanted that corset off. He wanted that skirt pooled at her feet. He wanted those breasts in his hands and his cock slipping between her wet folds. But first he needed to make sure they were on the same page. “Is this a one-time deal, then?”
She didn’t hesitate. “Yes.”
Game. Fucking. On. “Then let’s retreat to my bedchamber.”
He tossed a handful of bills on the table, hauled her to her feet, and strode in the direction of his hotel room with a single-minded focus. He was going to take his Sari.
Chapter Two
The door to the hotel room snicked closed behind Chloe and she leaned back against it, getting her bearings by placing her palms flat on the door. She’d done this before, but it had been a while. She craved a man’s touch and it had been so long since she’d had sex, she wondered if she’d remember how it all worked. Thank God Breck had come along so she didn’t have to break her spell with a guy who had four metal arms. And creepy metal clamps.
Breck stood with his back to her, unbuckling the sword from around his waist and placing it on the dresser beside the TV.
Chloe closed her eyes. She was someone else here in this hotel room. This man didn’t know her name, and she didn’t know his. She could let herself go, get her pleasure, and then leave.
It was what he wanted, too, based on their agreement at the restaurant.
She opened her eyes, took a deep breath, and walked toward him. He turned around, his hands at the loosened laces at the top of his shirt. She watched as he took it off by grasping the fabric with one hand between his shoulder blades and tugging it off. He dropped it to the side, and it fluttered to the floor.
He was mostly hairless, and had a gorgeously muscled chest. She itched to reach out and run a caressing hand over his collarbone and shoulders. A line of fine blond hair began below his belly button and led down to his waistband. Her gaze descended farther, until it landed on the bulge in his pants.
“Do I get to enjoy my payment now?” he asked, a smirk on his lips, but breathlessness he couldn’t hide belying his excitement.
She turned around, presenting her back to him, and then looked at him over her shoulder from under her lashes. “You’ll have to untie my corset.”
She faced forward and waited. Several seconds later the heat of his chest coated her back and she waited for the tugging on the corset to begin. But instead he took her hair and pulled it to the side, dropping it over her shoulder so it fell down her chest. She’d always worn her hair long, but for this event, she’d let it go until it touched the top of her ass. Monday, she had an appointment to cut it all off. She enjoyed the feel of the weight while she still could, the slight tugging as Breck touched a lock of it. Then his fingers brushed the back of her neck, just a slight touch, and his lips closed around her earlobe. He sucked the delicate skin into his mouth, nibbling slightly, and she gasped.
He released her earlobe and left a blazing trail of lips, tongue, and teeth down her neck and along her bare shoulder. She turned her head, and raised her hand, slipping it into his thick blond hair.
He lifted his head, blue eyes blazing. They were as intense if not more so without the blue shirt on. “It’s been a long time since I had a woman, Sari,” he rasped. “Not sure I can be gentle with you.”
She swallowed, speaking for Chloe and Sari. “I like it rough.”
The tug on the corset strings was sharp, and she grunted a little as her body slammed into his. He still watched her, those blue eyes on her face as his fingers tugged at the laces. She wasn’t sure how he was doing it without looking, but she didn’t care, because she couldn’t look away from his
