“You’ll have to read one to me one night,” he said with a fucking cheeky grin.

He sat back. “At least you called me Zion. So I’ll drop it… for now.”
“Good.” I would have to remember to use his name if I ever needed him to let something go.
“What’s your plans for the day? Know you got a client tonight, but you doin’ anythin’ today?”
I shook my head. My pulse picked up from the way he looked at me. He stood, taking my plate and his into the kitchen. He came back with my phone. “Snagged this outta your jeans, heard it vibratin’ this mornin’. Boom.”
“Shit,” I clipped and took it from him.
He leaned in and kissed my neck, I stilled. “Check ’em, then come join me in the shower.”
Did he just ask me to have a shower with him?
“Kylo,” he said, his tone rougher. He didn’t say anything more until I looked up at him. “Text him back, tell him you’re busy helpin’ me again, which is why you crashed in my spare room.” I nodded. He smiled and ran a hand through my hair before he tugged. “Then I expect you in the shower.” He brushed his lips over mine and walked from the room.

He didn’t know I’d been awake when he got up in the night. I’d expected him to make a dash for it, but he hadn’t. He’d come back, and I knew he’d been looking at me, trying to decide what to do. When he’d lain back down, leaning into me with his hand on my damn chest, I’d been fucking thrilled by his choice. So much so, I had to reach out to him for it.
When I’d woke next, with a smile on my face, we were back in the spooning position with me up behind him and my hand tucked between his thighs. My chest inflated, my dick sat snugly between his ass cheeks and jerked, as if telling me he liked where he was. It was then I knew I wanted to do it again and again. I wanted to take him places, spend time with him, and eventually fuck him.
It was different, knowing he was a guy I was into, but it was more than I’d felt being with a woman. I didn’t get excited about seeing a chick I was with. I didn’t smile when I thought of them.
