to use. It hadn’t been a bad thing to be next to Bennett. He smelled like sex on a stick, for starters, though he was clearly unaware of the aphrodisiac effect of his cologne on the people around him. Well, at least its effect on Jordan. He’d sported a chubby for most of dinner, and was beyond relieved every time Bennett rose to do his photography thing and take pictures of the proceedings, and afterwards when they finally ended the evening and he could escape for good.

Thoughts of that night and the way he had relieved the tension he’d been carrying for the hours they’d spent in the same space had Jordan reaching for his cock again. He’d busted a nut that night, coming all over his chest and stomach as he thought about the young blond, even going so far as calling out his name as he came. Fuck if that hadn’t been one of the hottest orgasms he’d had in way too long!

And how sad was it that he was contemplating going there again because his mind wouldn’t shut down enough to let him sleep? He really needed to get laid. The sooner, the better, since it would surely expunge this man from his mind. That’s all he needed, just to stick his dick in some willing guy’s hole enough to work Bennett Kincaid out of his system. Even if he’d outgrown hookups a long time ago.

Refusing to give in to the temptation to rub one out, he eventually fell asleep. He woke up before his alarm went off as his body emptied itself of seed in the orgasm he had denied himself a few hours earlier. Wet dreams were for teenagers, no? So why the hell was he coming like one in his sleep now? Oh…yeah. Bennett Kincaid. Who knew a perfect stranger could have such an effect on him? He sure as hell had never even considered the possibility.

The workday dragged, but he made it through with practiced ease. He had a tutorial session after school with a student who suffered from dyscalculia. Jordan had had to educate himself on the subject in order to determine how best to help the boy. As he prepared the materials for the afternoon’s session, he thought about the kid, who was the only child of a widower.

David Hamilton was fourteen and had struggled with math his whole school life. His father, Isaac, had hired several tutors for his son over the years, but hadn’t found any who did much for David. Until Jordan, with whom David had been working since the seventh grade. Two years had brought much improvement not only in David’s performance but also in his confidence. Jordan felt proud of what he had been able to accomplish so far with the boy.

The door to his classroom opened and David walked in. “Afternoon, Mr. O’Leary,” he said with a shy grin.

“Afternoon, Dave.” Jordan returned his smile. “Have a seat, please. How was your holiday?”

The boy’s eyes dimmed for a moment, and then he smiled again. “It was okay, sir. Dad made some great food.”

Typical teenage boy, Jordan mused. He remembered a time when he could eat everything in sight, too. The last foster home he’d lived in before he’d aged out of the system had always had a large bowl of fruit in the middle of the kitchen table, and he had liked to snack before each meal. He’d snagged an orange for his coat before they disappeared, and taken an apple to eat on his way.

“Oh. Are you hungry?”

“Nah. I’m good, sir.”

“Well, if you get to feeling peckish, help yourself to the bounty.” Jordan indicated the glass bowl he had on his book table with an apple, an orange and a couple of energy bars. “And if you’re thirsty, there’s water in the fridge.”

“Thanks, Mr. O’Leary.”

David’s shy smile warmed Jordan’s heart. He was a good kid, and Jordan could see himself having one like him in his house someday. He would adopt a boy soon. It had always been in the back of his mind, and every moment he spent with Isaac Hamilton’s son made his resolve stronger.

“You’re welcome. Okay…ready?”

At the boy’s nod, he went to sit in the seat next to him and began the afternoon’s tutoring. They worked for an hour, with David stopping only once for a bathroom break and to take the apple and a bottle of water before they went back to it. In the last fifteen minutes, he asked what
