~~ Rona ~~
Six in the morning, wow. I’ve slept since lunch yesterday. Cade woke me a couple of times to take some more painkillers, but other than that I was really out of it.
Trying to move slowly, most of my aches and pains have gone, yet there’s still just a dull throb from my hip. I’m just thankful I’m not worse.
Looking beside me, Cade is flat out in bed facing me. I bet he’s so tired as well; worrying about me.
Sitting up slowly and standing without too much effort, I make my way to the bathroom. It gets easier the more steps I take.
In the bathroom, I switch on the shower. Soaping up I have a good wash and enjoy the luxury of washing my hair. Rinsing off, I step out, only to find Cade waiting with a towel to wrap around me.
“Feeling better?” he asks, standing in front of me naked with a huge morning erection. Looking at him has me licking my lips. I take a deep breath, “I’m still slightly sore on my hip, but everywhere else feels okay. I feel pretty good, and I’ve decided,” pausing, considering his present condition, “no sex until we’re on vacation.” Cade frowns.
“You serious?”
“Yes, just think how much more enjoyable it will be coming together after waiting a few days.”

“I think you’ll survive.” I walk past, brushing my hand over him.
“I’m taking a shower.... a very cold one.”
Laughing, “I’ll meet you downstairs. Are Jake and Elise back?” I pull my clothes on while waiting for his reply.
“Yes, they came back yesterday afternoon,” Cade shouts from the bathroom.
Once dressed, I head downstairs to find Elise in the kitchen making breakfast.
“Morning Elise. Where’s Jake?”
“I’m here, how you feeling?”

Grinning he walks over to me, straight into my arms. I hug him. “Congratulations’, even though I can’t believe you didn’t tell me.”
“You really mad about that?”
“No, I’m just really glad all my interfering paid off.”
“It sure did,” Elise says. “What would you like for breakfast?”
“Oh, I’m fine thanks, I’ll wait for Cade. You don’t need to cook for me Elise, just sort yourselves out.”
“Where’s my father, I’d have thought he would have been with you?”
“He’s having a very cold shower!”
Elise nearly chokes on her coffee and Jake stops mid drink. I go on, “I’ve banned sex until we’re on vacation.” They look stunned. “I thought it would be really hot when we get there and I don’t mean the weather.” Without much of a pause, “You know, I think I will have a bagel.”
Elise is up to something as she winks at me just before she turns to Jake, “I think we should give up sex until we’re married.”
Jake scowls at me and I have to turn away before he sees me laughing. “I think that’s a good idea Elise.” I laugh, not able to look at Jake.
“I think it’s a terrible idea and so do you.” He moves towards a laughing Elise, grabbing hold of her and planting one hell of a kiss on her lips.
“See you Rona.” He waves on his way out the door.
“Bye.... Elise do you want to go shopping with me? I need some clothes for going away with Cade, because I only have winter things with me, apart from the bikini.”
“I’d love to go. Will you help me choose an outfit to knock Jake’s socks off?”
Grinning back at her, “With pleasure.”
“What are you two planning?” Cade asks, walking into the kitchen.
