and from the sounds of his panting breaths, he's right there with me.

He thrusts up into me, fucking me from below while I fuck him from above, my clit rubbing against him just right. I moan.

"Yeah, Meg. Give it to me. I'm right there with you."

As soon as my orgasm starts, he groans as his begins, too. His thrusts shaky and stuttering as he comes, his hot semen coating my walls.

I fall against him, panting as his steamy breaths flow over my neck, giving me sexy chills.

"Trace," I pant.

"Yeah."

"You made good on your promise. You fucked me long and hard."

"Damn right, I did. Give me a few minutes and I'll make love to you."

I snicker. "How about we shower, nap, and then you make love to me?"

"That sounds even better since my cum is dripping out of you and onto my balls."

I snicker again.

He picks me up and we go shower. Within minutes after we crawl into bed for our nap, we're both sound asleep.

A loud pounding sound wakes us up.

"What the hell is that?" Trace growls.

"I think someone's knocking on the door."

"That's not knocking. What the fuck are they using to pound on the door, a baseball bat?" he asks, pulling on some boxer briefs and his jeans, not bothering to button them. My mouth goes dry. I hope whoever this is leaves quickly.

I get up, put on some panties, sleep shorts, and one of Trace's sweatshirts.

"What the hell do you want?" Trace bellows. He really doesn't like it when people wake him up.

I pad down the hall and I'm startled when I see four of the five Burners members.

"Meggie," Lucian says reverently. "You'll let us in, won't you, so we can discuss our working together?"

Trace folds his arms over his chest. "We haven't decided that yet."

Lucian ducks past Trace and into our condo. "You know you're going to. Why wouldn't you?" Gage, Kael, and Justin follow Lucian.

Trace closes the door. "There are a few reasons."

I walk to the kitchen and make some coffee. I let out a yawn.

"Did we wake you?" Justin asks.

I look at him, my hair sticking up, sleep lines down my face. "Ya think?"

Justin mouths, "Wow," silently.

"You know I can see you, right?"

He ducks behind Kael, pushing him toward me.

Kael smiles. "Hi."

I just roll my eyes and pour both Trace and I a cup of coffee. I get the creamer from the fridge and pour a dollop into my cup. I take a sip and sigh.

"You okay now?" Justin asks.

"You may now speak," I tell him.

"You may regret that," Lucian tells me.

"How do you know where we live?" Trace asks. "Why are you here?"

"Which question do you want me to answer first?" Lucian asks. Trace gives him a look. "We bribed Irene for your address. She didn't go for it. Then I remembered we'd been here before for a party."

"And?" Trace asks.

"Irene told us you're thinking about joining us. You need to say yes," Justin says.

"Why's that?" I ask.

"For one, I won't be able to play anymore," Gage says, holding up his casted hand. "I'm going to need probably five or more surgeries and likely I'm going to lose my dexterity and some sensation."

"Damn," Trace mutters. "I'm sorry, man."

"I'm so sorry," I tell him.

"Freak accident with the bus," Gage sighs.

"And Mack is doing the family thing," Justin says.

"It works out perfectly," Lucian announces.

"Wait," I begin. I look at Gage. "Don't you play lead guitar?"

He nods. "Yeah. So?"

"I'm rhythm."

"No," Kael begins. "I'm rhythm."

"I don't do lead. Never have," I inform them.

"Meg," Gage says. "I've seen you play. You can be lead."

"Uh…" I mutter. I'm not so sure. Hell, I'm not sure I want to. That's just… ambitious. "I'm comfortable with rhythm."

"I've tried lead," Kael admits. "I can't pull it off."

I look to Trace who takes a sip of his coffee, watching me.

"Thoughts?" I ask him.

"You can do it," he says simply. So much faith in me when I don't even have it in myself.

"See?" Justin says.

"Got a question for ya before we talk any further," Trace says.

"Shoot," Lucian replies.

"You all done with the drugs? 'Cause if you're still using, even once in a while, we want no part of it," Trace tells them.

"We went through rehab. Never touched the stuff again," Lucian answers. "Well, maybe weed occasionally, but that's not a drug. It's a plant, and it's legal."

I snort, pouring more coffee for me, then Trace as he holds out his mug.

Justin goes to the refrigerator. "Got any beer?"

Trace sighs, resigned to the fact we're going
