Loved by a Beast - Miranda Bridges
Chapter 1
“Wife, you need to be quieter when I fuck you.”
Jaxar’s filthy words always make me hot, never mind the fact that he doesn’t stop thrusting into me while he says them. So when my orgasm hits me hard, I part my lips to scream, unable to help myself. He stifles my cry by crushing his mouth to mine but also wraps his hand around my throat, cutting off some of my air supply. My ecstasy skyrockets, and stars burst from behind my eyelids as I writhe under my husband’s body. His cock swells inside me, heightening my pleasure, and then he growls softly as he comes.
Jaxar all but collapses on top of me, somehow managing to keep himself propped on his forearms to avoid crushing me. His hair lightly brushes my skin when he hangs his head, and his ragged breathing has his massive chest heaving. Even though I can’t see much in the darkness, I know his beautiful purple-gray skin is covered in sweat, making it slick. However, I can see his glowing eyes as Jaxar gazes down at me.
I cup his cheek, running my thumb over his face. “What is it?” My voice comes out breathy and weak, but that’s nothing new. Jaxar usually renders me useless after a bout of aggressive lovemaking. Come to think of it, all of them are. Hence the screaming.
“’Tis nothing.”
My lips pull down, my forehead creasing. “Are you sure?”
“Nasie.”
Even though my gut tells me he’s not being truthful, I let the subject drop. Jaxar doesn’t intentionally lie to me, but he’s also not great at expressing his emotions. He sees them as unnecessary, but I’m slowly bringing him around. He used to think that words were unnecessary too, and I’ve gotten him past that. Sort of. He has no problem talking during sex, but outside of that, it’s still a struggle. However, he communicates way more now than he did when we first got married.
I brush my lips across his and then grin up at him, knowing he can see in the near darkness with ease. “We’re going to wear a hole into the fur rug if we keep having sex on the floor.”
“It was your idea. I much prefer the comfort of our bed.”
“I know, but I can’t have sex with Tika sleeping next to me,” I say. “It’s not right. Besides, you’d probably knock her off the bed by accident.” My smile widens until my teeth are showing. “If only you knew how to restrain yourself when pounding into me, then we wouldn’t have to worry about jostling her.”
He sighs long and loud, and I have to clamp my lips together to keep from laughing. Adopting Tika as our daughter has brought us the greatest joy, but it’s been a major adjustment. Jaxar and I are no longer able to do things like before, always being mindful to stay respectful in front of her. Although, it doesn’t stop my husband from secretly touching me in naughty ways. It’s hard for me to keep from reacting, so it’s become a game of his to fondle me and watch as I squirm while trying to maintain my composure.
“If you would just put her in her own bed, this wouldn’t be an issue,” he says.
“I know, but I didn’t want her to be alone while she was getting used to being with us.”
Jaxar slides his hand between our bodies and splays his fingers across my rounded belly. “We already have one youngling in our bed, so we don’t need another,” he says, his tone playful. He pulls out of me and shifts his body so that he can place a kiss where his hand just was. “At least this one stays put.”
With a contented sigh, I stroke the top of his head while he nuzzles my stomach. It’s these moments of intimacy with Jaxar that I treasure most. The sex with him is mind-blowing, but this is what makes my heart sing. If it’s possible, I’ve grown more in love with him. But that doesn’t stop me from messing with him on occasion. It’s payback for the hidden caresses that have made me hot with no release in sight until Tika goes to bed.
As Jane, a girl the Dravians abducted, used to say: tit for tit.
“When this baby comes, we won’t have time for sex,” I say, making my tone serious.
Jaxar freezes for a moment, then jerks up his head to look at me. His eyes are two perfectly round orbs that are
