Keeping Kenzie - Pepper North Page 0,10
curved cheek, he watched her yank it down. His hand slid up her thigh, freezing her in place. Cupping one large hand over her pale, naked buttock, Osiris asked her directly, “Did you lose your panties?”
“Not lost, but I had to take them off,” she admitted, dropping her head down to the ground as her face heated.
“Everyone has accidents, Baby girl.” Caressing her bottom as if he didn’t want to shift his hand, Osiris helped her settle into the chair next to his before shifting her dishes and drink over in front of her.
Immediately, she was warmer out of the draft. “Thank you,” she whispered, looking down at the table in embarrassment.
He lifted her chin with a warm hand. “You can tell me anything. It was my Daddy fail not to remind you to potty after your nap. I’ll remember next time,” he promised.
Nodding, she ate a spoonful of her delicious soup. Thanks to the heavy stoneware bowl, it was still hot and yummy. “This is superb,” she complimented.
“Thank you, Baby girl. I’ll make it for you whenever you wish. Let’s get to know each other better. Tell me something random about you.”
“I like the color gray.”
“My favorite color is blue. My turn… I’ve been looking for my Little girl for twenty-two years.”
“That’s a long time. Were you even out of school then?”
“I was still in high school when I started working in a local pizza joint. The owner and his wife worked there. I don’t know if anyone else noticed, but I did. Their relationship wasn’t a partnership. He was in charge. One day, I walked through the kitchen and saw him pop her bottom with a sharp spank.
“Her answer of ‘Sorry, Daddy,’ resonated inside me. My research started there. The more I learned about Littles and Daddies, my confidence solidified that this was the lifestyle I needed.”
“I’ve been alive for twenty-five years,” she volunteered.
“When’s your birthday?” he asked, pulling out his phone.
“April twenty-third,” she answered with a smile and watched him enter the date into his phone. “Do you think we’ll still know each other then?”
“Yes.”
“That’s it?”
“That’s the truth. Now tell me your telephone number and I’ll call you so you can get a hold of me if you need me.”
Kenzie heard her phone ring faintly back in her room. She loved that Osiris immediately put away his phone. He didn’t check his messages or Facebook. His focus was always on her. When he looked at her, she knew it was her turn.
“When’s your birthday?”
“July twenty-third.”
“The same day as mine!” she exclaimed, excited by the coincidence.
“Good people were born on that day. Now, tell me something random about you.”
“My middle name is Mae. I always have liked it. It was my grandmother’s name as well.”
“I like that. Kenzie Mae Anders.”
“You know my last name?”
“It was on your mailbox. Where does your family live? Close?”
“No, I moved here when I got my first big job after college. That didn’t work out so well.”
“It’s always interesting how life leads us down a pathway to our destiny. If I hadn’t become a firefighter, I would have never met you. And if you hadn’t taken a chance and moved here, I wouldn’t have saved you from a burning building. It might have been an older lady named Ester in your apartment.”
Unable to hold back her laughter, Kenzie enjoyed the picture of Ester in his big burly arms. A sudden flash of jealousy arced through her, and her amusement evaporated. Without thinking, Kenzie bolted from her chair to wrap her arms around Osiris. “I don’t like those odds.”
He turned to the side and pulled her onto his lap. “I don’t either, Baby girl.” Quiet surrounded them as they enjoyed being close to each other. Osiris pressed his lips against Kenzie’s temple. “Let’s get you fed.”
Leaning her away from his body, Osiris looked at her seriously. “Any health problems, Baby girl? Have you been tested lately?”
“Tested?” she asked, bewildered. “Oh! You mean for sexual diseases? No. I mean I don’t have any. My doctor tested me at my yearly exam.”
“And you haven’t been with anyone since?”
“No.” She could feel her face heating. Kenzie looked down, hating that she was embarrassed.
His hand lifted her chin to allow their gazes to meet. “Daddies need to know everything about their Little girls. And they need to have the same important information. I also have been tested recently.”
He dipped his spoon in the large bowl in front of him and held it to her lips. “Eat, Baby girl.”
