“I had a tester session from the ugly twins.”

“Who?” She laughs.

“Fist and Fury,” I answer and her laughter stops.

She lets out a long sigh before she gives it to me straight. “Here, you will be tested to the edge of insanity.” Well I wasn’t expecting her to say that. “What you got from Fist and Fury is just the beginning unfortunately. The men here are evil thugs who enjoy tormenting women like us.”

“Women like us?” I ask.

“Bitches,” She simply says.

“So, you’re just like me.” I observe.

Natasha’s laughter starts back up again. “Or maybe worse.”

This girl has no idea who I am or what I have done obviously. “How so? Did you sleep with your sister’s boyfriend, more than once and also not the same guy?”

“Ouch.” She laughs.

“Did you make your family so miserable every single day of their life that you had to leave the country? Or what about wedging yourself into your sister’s love life so deeply that it looks like something it’s not. That she finds you throwing yourself at her current boyfriend, who by the way isn’t interested, and runs away causing her to be involved in an accident so bad she could have died.”

There’s a moment of silence and a lone tear slides down my cheek.

“No, but sleeping with someone else’s man isn’t entirely new to me. Fuck I was so into this guy I nearly turned into a crazy person. I even started to stalk him. Then one day out of the blue, he rang me again and I jumped at the chance, but his girl showed up and fucked up everything. I knew she had her very own stalker, who was on another level than me. I mean I heard the stories what this guy did and I searched for him to turn this innocent woman over and you want to know what the best part was?” She pauses for a couple of seconds but I stay quiet, she’s inside her own head right now. “She was pregnant. Fucking pregnant with his baby and I told her crazy stalker the baby was his and he went straight over there and I have no idea what’s happened to them. I don’t know if he got her, what happened to the baby and if Mason is alive.”

The name triggers something in my head. “Mason?”

“Yeah,” She heavily breathes. “He’s in a band, Black Inferno?”

I know exactly who she’s talking about but I don’t have time to say anything because just then the door bursts open and I’m blinded by the bright light. Natasha’s hand quickly squeezes mine before letting go.

Chapter 4

I see a large man standing in the doorway. He’s not large as in overweight, but has a broad body frame. This guy obviously loves the gym and a tattoo gun going by the art covering his bulging arms and neck. It makes him look terrifying which was probably what he was aiming for. He takes a step inside and I try my best to squeeze closer to the wall. I don’t need any more trouble, I’ve been through enough.

“I see you have met your new friend, Silver.” I look up at him in confusion, who’s Silver? The strange man is looking down at Natasha and I also look across at her, curious to now see what she looks like.

I immediately see why he calls her Silver, she has such bright blonde hair that it’s almost white. Even under the dirt on her face I can see she’s a very pretty girl. She looks down at the floor as the man speaks to her, and seeing as she’s been here longer than I have, I follow her lead.

“My men have told me they heard gossiping in here, is that true?” He asks and I look across to Natasha from the corner of my eye and see she is silent and still, with her eyes down on the floor. I do the same and look down at my dirty feet.

“Well done Silver, I see you have taught our new girl well already.” He praises. “I will make sure the boys don’t torment you too much tonight.”

Again Natasha ignores him but I can’t help but think what the fuck is this place? Do they torment Natasha on a regular basis, is that the reason they have brought me here? Fresh meat, and all that.
