Freedom (The F-Word #5) - E. Davies Page 0,17
as he stared up, his breathing heavy as a smile touched his lips. The unfiltered desire in his gaze made it very clear that he was okay to continue, so Jaden pressed a kiss against Henry’s mouth.
Henry grabbed the back of Jaden’s head and deepened the kiss, his teeth grazing along Jaden’s lips until they stirred Jaden’s blood into a dull roar. He tingled with the need for more.
All that mattered right now was the two of them.
Jaden ran a hand down Henry’s chest and pulled back from the kiss with a small wet sound. When Henry tried to sit up, Jaden pressed him back down with a hand against that firm brick wall of a chest. Then he winked.
Henry smiled and yielded, rolling his head back to bare his throat and the sensitive skin of his neck. Jaden dove closer, pressing gentle kisses and licks.
What would it be like to do it right here? Jaden’s heart pounded at the very thought. But… no, he’d wait for the cabin. The anticipation would make it all the better. Jaden wanted to turn Henry on and leave him wanting more, until he couldn’t resist jumping him the moment they got through the door.
God, he was ready to go further with Henry. It felt right—so right he couldn’t possibly explain it, even to himself. Jaden wanted to be irresistible and spontaneous, for the first time in what felt like forever.
Henry’s quiet moans slipped through the night air as Jaden kissed his pulse point and throat, licking down to his collarbone and nibbling gently.
He wanted to haul up Henry’s shirt and keep going, lavishing kisses on the rippling muscles he glimpsed under the thin material. But that was a little too bold, even for him.
“Are you trying to drive me crazy?” Henry breathed out, his voice hoarse. He kneaded Jaden’s shoulders, nails digging in through Jaden’s thin sweater.
“Nooo,” Jaden giggled. He just wanted to get Henry in the mood—not so hot that the bike ride would be uncomfortable, but enough to tempt him into doing something more tonight than talking over coffee.
“I think that’s a yes,” Henry breathed out.
Jaden pulled back and smirked. “It’s definitely a yes.” Oh, man. He was gonna be the one with the awkward boner during the bike ride. He adjusted himself with a nervous giggle.
“Wow,” Henry whispered when Jaden pulled back. He stretched, arms above his head, and then rubbed his face as he rolled onto his side to face Jaden. “Well, I liked that.”
Jaden grinned, walking his fingers down Henry’s chest. “Yeah?”
Henry nodded hard. “Whatever you’re looking for—that worked.”
“I was worried,” Jaden admitted, “that you wouldn’t feel up to sex. Since you said you’re still exploring things…”
Henry chuckled deeply. “That was then. This is now.” He stroked Jaden’s cheek gently, the pad of his thumb catching against the stubble along Jaden’s jaw. “And you’re turning me on like crazy.”
Jaden giggled with the sheer relief and excitement. Tonight was going in all the right directions. “My sex drive isn’t usually that high. But you make me feel…” he trailed off and shook his head.
How to describe the intoxication that filtered through his veins at the slightest brush of Henry’s fingers along his skin?
“Good. I was prepared to just cuddle tonight,” Henry said with a grin, in a tone that made it clear he was on the same page.
Should Jaden admit it? Yes, of course. Henry wasn’t going to shame him for it, and if he did, they weren’t well-matched anyway. “That’s what I miss the most about relationships—just cuddling.”
Henry nodded. “Yeah. Yeah, I missed it, too.” He was absentmindedly stroking Jaden’s arm, those long fingers playing with his shirt like he didn’t even know he was doing it.
“I cuddled with my friends in college,” Jaden admitted, laughing. “People thought I was dating everyone. But I’m just tactile.”
He’d almost forgotten that about himself. Not many people visited him now, and it wasn’t so normal to just crash for naps with people or share a room if they were out partying late. Plus, gay guys got the wrong idea if he grabbed them to cuddle.
Not that that was always bad, but not every hard-on had to be indulged. His current one disagreed, but he ignored Jay Junior. He was not going to screw up this wonderful date by doing the wrong thing.
“We should probably bike back to the cabin now,” Jaden said, his voice deep and low with meaning. He tried for flirtatious bedroom eyes. “And also, it’s getting dark and
