I put my glasses on and start typing. Cort calls on Ranger. “I’m already set to take the Alpha-Bits out. I’m doing it from the ABSZ. Freedom wants to work with the new kids when they get here. I’ll put a board up for a schedule like we used when you lived here.”
I thank him while typing. The whole table gives me time or IT help. Every one of them uses ABSZ for Alpha-Bit safe zone. I type it out to tell Garren. When they’re done, I take my glasses off. “Thanks, Brothers. I have four days in Colorado in two days. Alder will be with me and the new Bits. The rest still need contact.”
Cort nods. “I got it covered. With reader-approved Brothers, we have both compounds covered while you're up there. Teller has the schedule and will monitor it. He said he’ll be at Alder’s until he’s back and Mucimi is on yours.”
I breathe deep getting a smile from him. I shrug.
“You’re dismissed. The meeting was help for Web today.”
I shake my head. I love my fucking Brothers. Walking out, Cort stops me. “The credit union Security program will show on the ABSZ today. Security isn’t scheduled until tomorrow. Amal said it’s going to show a draw and high usage. They’re ready for it and the testing logged no problem.”
“Thanks. I needed to see him about that and helping at the compound while I’m gone.”
He starts walking. “He’s roping Ajhil into staying on the compound. The kids know him and he’s not freaky. He said Mucimi could use the help.”
