whispered, his face close to mine. “You’ll let me fuck you, and I will not send that link to your father.”
What. A. Dick.
I stared back at him and shook my head. “Is this how you get girls to sleep with you? Threatening them? Is that really the best you can do?”
“No, it’s only you I have to be like this with. How come you open your legs for those old, disgusting men but you won’t let a guy like me show you a good time?”
I didn’t answer him, not wanting to make him cry. “Don’t be childish and take no for an answer for once. You’re making a fool out of yourself,” I told him, keeping my voice low this time.
He was still pinning me against the lockers, but the second he heard Mr. Trapani’s voice, he showed just how big of a coward he was and quickly let go of me as his friends also stepped away.
“What the hell is going on here? Did he hurt you?” Mr. T. asked with a concerned look on his face.
I rubbed my upper arm and shook my head. “No, no one can hurt me,” I stated, shooting Cedric one last glance before leaving with Kennedy right by my side.
“He’s such an asshole. I’m sorry they found out. Do you want to go home?” she asked, rubbing my back while I was determined to leave school early.
“You stay here. I need to go talk to Riggs.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes, Ken. I’m sure.”
“Miss Bentley!” Mr. T. called out as he followed us to the exit, and when he reached us he frowned at me.
“Is there something you’d like to talk about? I have time. We can go to my office.”
I shook my head. “I’m leaving.”
“You have one more class, Miss Bentley. Follow me to my office,” he offered, but I was hesitant.
“Mr. Fanning will send an email to your dad if you miss his class,” Kennedy reminded me in a worrying tone.
I knew he would, but I didn’t really care.
“We have ten more minutes before class starts. Let’s talk,” Mr. T. said again, and I finally gave in.
I hated the thought of Cedric sending Dad that link, but even if I could stop him from seeing it, this town talked, and someday the truth would come out anyway.
“Fine.”
“I’ll see you in class,” Kennedy said, rubbing my arm before leaving.
I followed Mr. Trapani into his office and sat down in one of the chairs in front of his desk.
“I’ve sent Cedric to the principal. Wanna tell me what’s going on?”
I crossed my arms in front of my chest and looked to the side, trying to get rid of my anger quietly. “He’s not taking no for an answer and he’s harassed me for not having sex with him multiple times. He’s threatened me before,” I said, sounding like a damn snitch.
“And what’s the threat?”
I moved my eyes to him and raised a brow. “Do you really wanna know?”
“Yes.”
I rolled my eyes and leaned back against the chair. At this point, did it really matter if I told him the truth or not? “I’m a cam girl. They somehow found my website and now he wants to fuck me and in exchange he won’t send the link to my father.”
He didn’t look as surprised as I hoped he would, but then…I guess Mr. T. had always known I wasn’t just a regular student at this school.
“Can you delete that website?”
“Yes, but I’d need to go home to do that.”
He clicked his pen too many times, making me nervous. “Cedric’s with Mr. Thompson and he’ll stay there until school’s over. He’s got a few more classes than you do, so you will have enough time to go back home and make that website disappear.”
He watched me closely, let his eyes wander all the way down to my skirt and back up to my eyes.
Looks from men other than Riggs really didn’t do much for me anymore, and I waited for him to talk again as I didn’t have anything to say.
“You’re not lying to me about the camming thing, right?”
Jesus, why would I expose myself like this otherwise?
I frowned at him.
“All right, all right. I’ll make sure he won’t have his phone until his last class. Go, and don’t think about it too much, okay?”
As if it were that easy.

I drove directly to Riggs’s place after my biology class was over, and although I could’ve easily gone home to take down my website, I didn’t want to surrender
