Fiftysix - Seven Rue Page 0,10
whatever they did in that pool house.
“That’s a nice dress,” he said, looking down at it and stopping at my shoes before he lifted his gaze again.
“Thank you. Dad says this color looks good on me,” I told him.
“It does. But if you were my daughter, I wouldn’t let you walk around like this. Not with all these men at this party.”
“Good thing you aren’t my father,” I said, not able to hold back a smirk. “Would be a shame.”
I moved my eyes from his down to his chest, then over his stomach and finally stopping at his crotch.
I wasn’t one to brag, but the bulge wasn’t there just seconds before.
Riggs muttered something under his breath I couldn’t quite understand, but from the crease between his brows it was clear he was trying to keep his cool.
I liked him like this, on the verge of cracking, but Riggs wasn’t like Garett. Or Fred. Or any other man I showed my young body to.
Another difference was…Riggs was here. Standing right in front of me.
I could touch him again. Get closer and let him feel my body with his rough, big hands.
But shortly after having those thoughts I wondered if he’d be brave enough to do it.
I knew he wanted to, but there was hesitation in his eyes.
His next words surprised me though.
“What are you up to?” he asked, raising a brow and keeping his eyes fixed on mine.
His stern look was dark, and when I tilted my head to look at him as innocently as possible, he spoke again.
“Don’t play games with me, Valley.”
I frowned and pouted. “What do you mean?”
He’d already broken through the wall I built up to try and hide my real self, and he didn’t seem too happy with me teasing him like this.
“I mean for you to stop fucking around. It’s not working, and whatever your goal is, you won’t reach it. You’re eighteen.”
As if my age was statement enough for me to stop messing with him.
“What is it that you think I want to achieve?” I asked, sounding calm but being very amused by his sudden change of personality.
I liked this side of him.
He was rough and annoyed, with a dash of anger.
But, fuck me…he was so incredibly handsome.
Maybe I should start giving those older men a little more attention through my web cam from now on.
One thing was for sure…Garett could clear his schedule for tonight because I’d one hundred percent move our meeting to today instead of tomorrow.
“Just drop it. You’re acting inappropriate and it’s your father’s birthday. You should go back inside.”
His bossy voice sent shivers down my spine and right to my pussy.
Hell, I had no shame in finding his behavior attractive, and I was seriously trying to figure out if I should’ve kept going or do what he told me.
Either way, this wouldn’t be our last interaction.
I licked my lips and bit down on my bottom one with my eyes taking another good look at him.
“See it as a compliment, Riggs. Out of all these men, young and old, you’re the one I would wanna fuck.”
That might’ve been a little too much, but I wasn’t one to hide my attraction. Especially not toward a man like Riggs.
I turned on my heels and walked back around the pool, not looking back to see if he was looking because I was positive he was.
When I passed my cousins, I smiled at them and winked, knowing how much they wished we weren’t related.
They already suspected me being into older men, so they wouldn’t have a chance anyway.
As I entered the house, a few guests had already left, and Dad was sitting on the couch with Della next to him and a few others on the other couches.
“Ah, there she is. Valley, come sit with us,” Dad said, holding out his hand to me.
I walked over to him and sat down next to him and Della, and with my hand on his knee, I looked up at him with a smile. “Enjoying your party, Dad?”
“It’s wonderful. Gregory wants to ask you a few questions about college. He’s been thinking about transferring Beatrix, and he wants to know what the teachers are like.”
I looked over at uncle Greg who was sitting on the big chair with Trix next to him on the armrest.
I smiled at her, seeing her unsureness as I was sure she wouldn’t want to leave her friends behind.
“The teachers are great, but I’m sure they’re nothing compared to Trix’s teachers at the
