Where We Left Off - Romeo Alexander Page 0,52

body going taut.

Tyler’s eyes widened. Was Nate really going to come just from being fucked?

“Oh shit, do it,” Tyler groaned.

Nate’s grip became fierce, and with a sharp cry, he bucked up onto Tyler’s cock. His body shook as his cock jerked between them, splattering warmth on their stomachs and chest. Tyler shoved his face into Nate’s neck, biting down without thought and feeling his own release take him.

When it was over, they were both left sweating and weak. Tyler managed enough strength to pull himself free of Nate gently, dispose of the condom, and grab a towel to clean them both up.

Nate lay almost completely unmoving as Tyler gently wiped him down. “I never...knew it could be like that.”

Tyler chuckled, nuzzling against Nate’s shoulder. “That was, uh, pretty intense. You okay?”

Nate closed his eyes, sighing heavily. “I feel as though you somehow managed to...fuck, every last bit of worry out of me.”

Despite his body’s exhaustion, Tyler felt a stir in his groin at the phrasing. “Okay, you’re not allowed to talk dirty while I’m recovering. It’s not fair.”

Nate opened one eye, smiling. “Someone has a weakness.”

Chucking the towel away, Nate kissed him. “Yeah, apparently it’s for really well-spoken guys to start saying dirty things. I’m really going to have to see what I can get you to say in the future.”

Nate leaned against his shoulder. “If the end result is anything like that, then you have a high chance of getting me to say whatever you want.”

“Duly noted,” Tyler said, settling onto his back.

Nate wasted no time in rolling over and laying himself over Tyler’s front. “I’m glad...that we did this. And I know you don’t expect anything but…”

Tyler shook his head, laying a hand over the back of Nate’s head. “Don’t. Let’s deal with the current problem, and then maybe, we can talk about what happens afterward. Okay?”

Nate gave a soft hum of approval as Tyler played with his hair. “Okay. But we will talk about it.”

Tyler let himself relax into the bed, feeling Nate’s presence at his side. “Yeah, we will.”

Whatever the end result of that would be, he didn’t know. But for now, he had Nate there with him, safe and away from all the troubles of the world. He just hoped he could keep him that way.

Nate

Instead of the expected gentle, pleasant wake-up, Nate found himself jolted awake. Someone stood beside the bed, and Nate felt his heart leap into his throat. His mouth opened and a hand slapped over it, none too gently.

It was then he recognized Clay, using his other hand to put a finger to his lips. Nate blinked at him before slowly nodding and glancing at Tyler. The other man was picking himself up slowly, watching Clay carefully.

“Clay?” Tyler asked softly.

Clay glanced toward the door. “We have visitors. Two men coming up to the front door. I expect I know what they’re here for. But I figured it was best if you two could hear it as well. Get dressed, but don’t come downstairs.”

Tyler nodded, getting out of bed. Clay watched them for a moment before turning and walking out of the room. Once again, Nate was struck by just how little noise Clay made. He hadn’t even realized the other man was in the room until he’d purposefully woken them up.

“God,” Nate whispered. “Is it them again?”

Tyler shoved his pants on, shaking his head. “I don’t know. It might be, especially if Clay is this suspicious.”

By the time they got dressed, they walked out into the hallway and heard the front door open. Tyler held up a finger to signal quiet as they reached the top of the stairs and listened to the conversation below.

“Can I help you?” Elliot asked.

“Evening, sir. Sorry to intrude this late, but we’re looking for a person of interest,” came a familiar voice.

“Gruff Man,” Tyler grunted quietly.

“Really? It’s two in the morning. You really think now is the time to start knocking on my door to start asking around?” Elliot asked, sounding irritated.

“Well, this person has caused a great deal of trouble, and we’re desperately searching for them. We received information that they might be here,” Gruff Man told him.

Elliot scoffed. “That so? Well, unless you’re looking for me or my partner, then I don’t think you’ll find what you’re looking for here.”

“Please, sir. This is a matter for the federal government.”

“Is that so? I guess I’m going to need to see some ID then.”

Nate glanced at Tyler. “I don’t think I’ve ever heard Elliot sound
