Where Foxes Hunt with Wolves - K.A. Merikan Page 0,44
other trip—and somehow a cozy night in with Yev had become a more exciting way to celebrate the holiday. Yev had even surprised Radek with sparklers when they went outside at midnight.
Problem was that despite them spending massive amounts of time together and sleeping in the same bed, they weren’t actually dating. Yev was not attracted to Radek, no matter how many times he called him a cutie and took pictures of him every day. He’d have said the same about any other fox that came around, and Radek… well, he did want more than that.
It frustrated him that he couldn’t tease Yev the way he would have as a human, but any and all attempts at flirting were dismissed as him being adorable. He’d had hopes when two weeks back Yev had presented him with wooden letter cubes, but keeping up rapport was near-impossible when one had to painstakingly form each word by putting letters into place. Not to mention that the set only had one of each!
But with that new method of communication came uncomfortable questions. When asked for his name, Radek had spelled out ‘EMBER’, but Yev wasn’t having it and got so frustrated with Radek’s secrecy that he left him to sleep on the sofa. Not that Radek actually had spent the night there. An hour of whining later, Yev came downstairs to apologize and hugged Radek, but his anger still hurt. For once in his life, Radek felt uncomfortable about lying, but he was afraid of what truth might do to their easy relationship.
He was positive Yev wouldn’t kick him out, because he wasn’t that kind of person, but once he realized who Radek was, he would no longer want him close. Radek only had so much time to endear himself to Yev, and once the truth was out of the box one day, there would be no way to stuff it back in.
They’d met in such unfortunate circumstances, but Radek had started really caring what Yev thought of him. In fact, the initial attraction had developed into a serious crush, and all his mushy feelings made the chastity enforced by this new situation all the more problematic. He’d always been a very sexual person, but it’s been painfully long since that last quickie with Jan, since his last orgasm.
Every time Yev lay next to him, his touch reminded Radek of their unfinished blow job, causing this weird state of almost-arousal that was gradually becoming hard to bear. Worse yet, since Yev had become aware of Radek’s human mind, he didn’t get naked as freely as in the blissful few days before that. Radek still did his best to spy on him. He’d once hidden in the laundry basket in the bathroom, another time under the bed, but Yev always found him, so that glorious dick remained so close, yet out of reach.
Radek didn’t know what to do with those bursts of excitement. He didn’t want to lick himself like a dog, and he was paranoid over Yev somehow smelling his arousal, so he tried to redirect his thoughts whenever it happened, but soon enough he’d be reaching a boiling point. Sex had been a big part of his life, so to have that taken away while he was stuck in a house with a stud like Yev was like fasting in front of a cake.
Yev was unbearably hot, even in the Ranger uniform he wore every day. The camo pants were loose-fitting, but Yev's muscular legs filled the garment so it didn’t appear shapeless. He wore them with a plain green sweater and suspenders, which created a compelling outdoorsy look. Anyone else might have appeared frumpy in that same outfit, especially once all the outer layers, and the winter hat with ear flaps were in place, but Yev could pull off pretty much anything he wanted. Something about the uniform made Radek want to be naughty, just so Yev would give him a stern talking to. He still remembered how Yev had snapped the handcuffs on him when they’d first met.
And how he’d broken them apart.
That had been so damn hot Radek’s angry self had been ready for sexy punishment.
Yev did most of his work outdoors, and he always took Radek with him, whether it was on patrols or to leave food for animals in designated areas deep in the forest. Today though, he’d needed to drive to Sanok and deal with some paperwork, so Radek had been watching TV all day on his
