Lucky Strike (Super Harem #1) - Catherine Banks Page 0,71

that step and was now coated in Transistor’s blood mist. Ew. So much ew.

Doc Creation roared and charged me.

Galactic Gargoyle slammed into him, clawing into Doc Creation’s sides and arms. But, even with his stone claws, he wasn’t doing much damage.

Vortex and Hurricane created mini tornadoes and hurricanes, making them fling ice and other projectiles against Doc Creation while also knocking him off balance.

Doc Creation picked up a boulder and threw it at the duo.

They dodged it easily, but it stopped their attack.

I electrocuted Doc Creation, using at least half of my energy, my body glowing and my vision blurring with white light a moment.

He cried out, but then one of his clawed hands scratched my upper arm and tossed me away.

I rolled on the ground a few times before coming to a stop and exhaling. “Ouch.”

“Get up!” Galactic Gargoyle roared at me.

Getting up was easy; getting hit by Doc Creation again was hard.

My back slammed into one of the metal legs of the energy towers. A scream tore out of me, but then electricity zipped down to me, energizing me.

I looked up and met eyes with Doc Creation who stood a few feet away, his eyes wide as he realized the mistake he had just made.

With one hand wrapped around the metal of the tower, I aimed my other hand at Doc Creation, and sent every ounce of electricity I could at him.

Doc Creation’s body shifted, and I watched in utter disbelief as his scaly skin turned into a strange shiny and wobbly material.

The electricity slammed into him and then went into the ground at his feet as he laughed maniacally.

“He turned into rubber?” I asked.

“Yes,” Alfred answered from somewhere nearby.

“How long until the droids arrive?” I asked.

Galactic Gargoyle, Hurricane, and Vortex raced forward, taking advantage of Doc Creation’s rubber body to deal damage to his skin.

“Two minutes,” Alfred answered.

Too long. This fight could go very south in two minutes.

“Can’t you make them fly faster?” I asked. Kneeling on the ground, I caught my breath, sad that I had used up so much of my energy already and he had just absorbed it.

“No, but I have some good news,” he said.

“Which is?”

“A storm is coming.”

I looked up and sure enough, storm clouds were blowing in quickly.

Immediately upon covering us, they released a deluge of rain.

Walking in the muddy field was going to be almost impossible now.

Doc Creation threw something at me and I fell onto my back to dodge it.

“This was good news?” I snapped, sat up, and swiped hair out of my face with a muddy hand, smearing mud on my cheek.

Alfred didn’t answer.

“Alfred?” I called. Looking behind me, I realized Doc Creation had hit Alfred with something so hard it had cracked his casing and now he lay on the ground, sparking and muttering unintelligible words.

“Alfred!” I screamed, fury building in me.

Thunder boomed overhead, and I stomped towards the fight that my boyfriends were losing quickly.

Doc Creation was part lizard and part stone now. He grabbed Galactic Gargoyle and cracked one of his wings almost in half. Galactic Gargoyle screamed in pain and Doc Creation threw him halfway across the field.

Hurricane and Vortex lay on the ground near where Galactic Gargoyle had landed, unmoving.

This was it. This was my last chance to kill him. I had to get close to him so he didn’t have time to shapeshift into rubber again. Doing so would mean a one hundred percent chance of getting injured. Possibly even killed.

If I didn’t do it, he would kill the men I loved.

I screamed my fury, my fear, my pain, my worry, and jumped onto Doc Creation’s back.

He grabbed me with a clawed hand, the claws tearing through my skin like it was paper.

I shocked him once, twice, three times.

He dropped to one knee, yanked me off his back, and slammed me to the ground, his foot on my chest. “You lose.”

Lightning flashed overheard, thunder boomed, and I watched with a smile as a bolt of lightning zoomed straight towards us.

“No. You do.”

The lightning bolt hit Doc Creation and traveled through him to me as it tried to reach the ground.

I absorbed the lightning and then sent it back up into Doc Creation.

His body exploded into mist and the wind blew it away from me.

“Now that, was a lucky strike,” Mom said from my right.

I rolled my head over and watched as she walked through the mud to me.

“Maybe luck is one of your powers,” she said and squatted next to me. “Your
