Hacking the Biker's Code (Dogs of Fire Savannah Chapter #6) - Piper Davenport Page 0,52

Quin said. “Not sure why.”

I glanced over at Mouse who was watching the pool table and drinking a beer. He didn’t look happy, which was totally unlike him.

“Ahh,” I breathed out. “So, that’s why Mouse is sulking in the corner.”

“Probably,” Quin said, and smiled gently. “I wish they’d just kiss and make up.”

“Seriously,” Olivia said.

Rabbit beat Doom at pool. Twice. Just in time to eat, as a matter of fact, so we congregated in the back and formed a line to grab freshly grilled pork. By the time we were done eating, I was practically bursting out of my skin to get Rabbit upstairs.

It wasn’t just because I wanted to grill him for information. I was horny as hell and every touch drove me crazy.

“You’re wet, aren’t you?” he whispered as we stood watching Doom lose at pool again.

“What makes you say that?”

He grinned. “I know you.”

“You gonna do something about it?” I challenged.

“Yeah. Let’s go.”

I grinned, set my margarita down, and followed him up to our room.

We made quick work of removing our clothes, then his face was between my legs and I was experiencing one of several orgasms to come.

When we crawled under the covers, I was almost too tired to talk.

Almost.

Which I suddenly realized was part of his plan.

“Night, baby,” he whispered, pulling the covers up around me.

“Nice try.” I yawned, snuggling close. “What did Taxi say?”

“Nothing you need to be worried about.”

“Not what I asked,” I said.

“You need me to fuck you again?”

“Zane, I’m serious. What’s going on?”

He sighed. “I can’t talk about it. The meeting was pretty mundane, so can you just live with that for the moment?”

I bit my lip. “I guess that depends on whether or not you’re making plans to walk into something dangerous.”

“Nothing yet, Pebbles. I promise I’ll tell you if that changes.”

“That doesn’t make me less worried.”

“Well, it should,” he said, giving me a gentle squeeze. “Literally, nothing is happening right now. There’s no threat, so there’s no danger.”

I kissed his chest. “Promise?”

“Promise. I will tell you if anything changes, Parker. Trust me.” He kissed my temple. “Now go to sleep. I’m gonna wake you early and fuck you, so you need to be rested.”

I couldn’t stop a smile as I patted his chest. “Okay, honey. I love you.”

“Love you too, baby.”

I closed my eyes and forced myself to relax.

* * *

I was floating. No. Flying. I was flying.

“Time to wake up, beautiful,” Rabbit whispered, and I realized I was in the middle of an incredible orgasm.

His fingers were inside of me, pumping slowly and I mewed as my body crested. Then his cock was inside of me and he was building a whole new sensation.

“Hitch your leg over mine, baby.”

I did as he directed, opening myself wider. He slid his hand to the back of my neck and squeezed as he slammed into me over and over again.

“Now,” I rasped, and he buried himself deeper, then grunted and came, kissing my shoulder before pulling out of me.

I took a moment to stretch when he slid out of bed and walked into the bathroom, returning quickly with a warm washcloth to clean me up. Then he climbed back into bed and pulled me back against him.

“Does this mean it’s too early to wake up?” I asked, yawning.

“Yes. Go back to sleep.”

“Okay, honey.” I yawned again. “Goodnight.”

“Night, Pebbles.”

Parker

I AWOKE TO an empty bed and frowned. I hated waking up to an empty bed. “Rabbit?”

He didn’t answer so I sat up and grabbed my phone. No texts. I frowned, sending one off to him, then heading to the bathroom. Once I did my thing, I checked my phone and found nothing, so I dressed quickly and headed downstairs.

Alamo saw me as I walked into the kitchen and he gave me a chin lift. “Rabbit’s runnin’ an errand with Doc.”

“An errand,” I said slowly. “You mean…”

“No, babe, that’s not what I mean.”

“You interrupted me before I could finish,” I pointed out. “How do you know what I mean?”

He raised an eyebrow. “Parker, don’t be a pain in the ass.”

I crossed my arms. “Then where is he?”

“Runnin’ an errand with Doc.”

I let out a frustrated squeak. “Who’s the pain in the ass, exactly?”

Alamo smirked. “Coffee?”

“No, I don’t want coffee,” I growled. “I want to know where my husband is.”

“Can’t tell you what I don’t know, sweetheart,” he said. “Coffee?”

“Forget it,” I hissed, and pulled my phone out of my pocket. Pulling up my trace app, I searched for his phone.

“His phone’s off, Parker. That
