A FILTHY Enemy - Jaxson Kidman Page 0,52
him, flirting with him, kissing him, fucking him, fine… that was all good. But it was out of my system.
Was he ever going to settle down?
I doubted it.
Reed had a revolving door type theory on women.
He kept his heart guarded and his jeans open.
Which made sense.
The second you wanted to see his heart, his dick was out, and when you look at Reed’s dick… well… it was impossible to not be hypnotized by it.
That’s how he always was.
And believe me, I wasn’t suggesting to myself that Ven was going to be any different.
He was picking me up with one thing in mind.
Getting between my legs.
A black limo pulled up to the apartment and I let out a laugh.
The back door opened and out stepped Ven.
Ripped jeans, a tight shirt, toned muscles that were sort of hidden behind his tattoos. Wearing sunglasses even though it was dark out. Rings and bracelets on his fingers and wrists. His hair messy in a sexy way that suggested he had just rolled out of bed from fucking a few women at the same time.
He sidestepped and put his arm around the open limo door.
“Your ride is here, sweetie,” he said.
I took a few steps and he put his hand out.
“Your other ride… is here…”
He pointed to his dick.
I smiled. “Down, boy. I’m not that kind of woman.”
“That’s what they all say,” Ven said. “Once you get into the limo, everything changes.”
That’s the plan, Ven… that’s the plan…
I climbed into the limo and let out a laugh.
There were neon red lights around the top of the limo.
Drinks everywhere.
A small, flat surface for the drugs.
Ven got into the limo next to me and shut the door.
He leaned forward and knocked on the window that separated the front and back.
The limo started to move.
“Drink?” Ven offered.
“Of course,” I said.
“A little something to get the night going?” he asked and pointed to the flat surface.
“I’m good,” I said.
“I’m not,” he said.
He leaned forward and put his ass right near my face.
I hear him taking a deep breath through his nose.
There were skulls on the back of his jeans.
It made me smile.
Everything was wrong, bad, and rock star about him.
It was what I needed.
He sat down next to me and put his head back.
He put an arm around me.
“Look, sweetie, I get it,” he said to me. “I know you have a history with those fake rock stars. It doesn’t bother me. You’re singing on their new tune, right?”
“How did you find out about that?” I asked. “And about me?”
Ven lifted his sunglasses. His green eyes were very sexy.
“You want to know?” Ven asked.
“Yeah.”
“Put your mouth to use and I’ll tell you,” he said. “You suck, I talk.”
I put my hand to his leg. “I’ve played this game before, Ven. I’m not a cheap whore.”
“But you are a whore, right?”
“I hit a guy in the mouth today for trying to touch my ass.”
“You can hit me if you want,” Ven said. “I’m into it. Although I have to warn you, I’m not going to just touch your ass. I’ll make you realize how lucky you are that you have more than one spot to enjoy with my dick…”
He was smooth and totally convincing.
Ven stared at me.
Anything and everything was on the table with him.
And my mind and heart were stuck on Reed.
When we stepped out of the limo, there were cheers all around.
I gasped and couldn’t believe the crowd that was waiting.
“I guess the news got leaked,” Ven said to me.
“About?”
“Where we’re hanging tonight. Might be a little hectic. Better hold my hand tight, sweetie.”
Security guards were lined up from the side doors of a nightclub down to the limo. Fans were all around, cheering for Ven and for the band. Women were crying at the sight of Ven.
“To answer your question, I know what I know,” Ven said to me. He held my hand tight. “I keep my focus on what’s going down. Through a friend of a friend I heard that FAKE ASS LINE was hitting the studio for a big project. And that they were bringing in singers. So I had to do my research. And here we are.”
“So what are your intentions, Ven?” I asked. “You want me to dig up dirt on the band?”
“My intentions are simple,” he said. He stopped walking and pulled me closer to me. His mouth lowered to my ear. “I’m going to fuck all the memories of that other band out of you tonight. You’re going to wake up
