that’s fine. You can stay in your suite-”

“I’ll stay with you,” she said quickly. It sounded like her every dream was coming true. She hugged him tight and kissed his neck. “Are you kidding? It’s all I want.”

“Okay,” he said. She heard the smile in his voice. “Good. Just checking.”

As soon as the door was shut behind them, Eric swept Lydia into his arms and swung her around the room, laughing. His joy was contagious. Lydia hugged him tight, chuckling into his neck, getting a little teary. This time though, her tears came from happiness.

“Are you hungry?” He leaned back, pushing a lock of hair behind her ear. His eyes were bright. She didn’t see even a little bit of that anger she’d seen before. There was only love and adoration. She wanted to bask in it forever.

“A little,” she murmured, kissing him. “But I don’t want to eat right now.” She kissed him again, more deeply, letting her intentions be known. He hummed, his arms firm around her and walked her backwards into the suite, stumbling down a couple carpeted steps.

“Fine by me,” Eric said. “Listen, I have the whole day off. Just for you. We can do whatever you want. We can just chill or-”

“Take a bath with me,” Lydia whispered. “Me and you in a big sexy bubble bath. That’s what I want.”

“Yeah?” He wagged his eyebrows. “I have good news. My tub’s even bigger than yours. And I have champagne, strawberries, chocolate…”

“I don’t need all that,” Lydia said, laughing.

“I don’t care,” Eric said loftily. “You’re going to get it. I’m going to spoil you rotten, Liddy. Go get that tub started and I’ll get the champagne.”

Lydia smiled shyly and kissed him one more time before heading off to his huge bathroom.

“Geez…” She shook her head in wonder. She’d had yet to see the bathroom and even knowing how much money the Strauss brothers had to throw around, it still all seemed like a crazy amount of luxury. The double sinks had gold faucets and marble counters and tile that warmed your feet when you stood on it. The giant jacuzzi tub was sunk into the floor. Lydia took off her shoes and set them aside and turned on the hot water and the jets. There was a bottle of the same bubble bath left for guests and she squeezed some in. She smiled to herself as she stripped off her clothes, hearing Eric pad around in the living room.

By the time Eric returned, Lydia was naked in the suds, her hair loose about her bare shoulders.

He swaggered in, carrying an ice bucket with a bottle and two glasses in it and a bowl of strawberries and chocolate.

“I don’t know how I feel about those bubbles,” Eric muttered, looking her up and down. “They’re covering up all the good bits.”

Lydia grinned and sat back. One of the jets was hitting her in just the right spot in the small of her back, making her melt. “Well, come in here and find them.”

Eric whistled, kicking off his shoes. He stripped off his clothes in a hurry, tossing them aside. She’d folded hers carefully. “You must have a maid clean up your mess all the time,” she said, rolling her eyes. “Just like when you were a kid. Such a walking tornado.”

“I do have maid service,” Eric said, shrugging. He took off his socks and and his underwear and she sighed a little at the sight of all that muscle and his dusting of dark chest hair that led to a little happy trail down to his cock. “We pay them well too. Which is good. Because you will never clean up after me.”

“You got that right.” Lydia smirked and watched him climb into the tub and their legs brushed together under the bubbles. Lydia hadn’t realized how cold she was until she’d stepped into the water and now she felt absurdly pampered, even more so than when she’d taken advantage of the Black Bear Lake Lodge’s spa treatments.

“I’m right sometimes,” Eric said playfully. He stuck his tongue between his teeth and grabbed the champagne bottle, winking before he shook it and popped the cork. Foamy champagne spilled over the bottleneck dripping down to her bare knees that poked out of the bath, and she shrieked. Eric laughed and leaned over to slurp up the spilling wine and ducked his head to lick it off her kneecaps.

He poured them two glasses and held his own aloft. “To us,” he
